The technician Dmitry was on time, and very efficient. He had the door back working, in about a half hour. Very good service. Would recommend them highly.

The garage door pulley broke over the weekend. Dmitry was out mid-day Monday to inspect and repair the door. Very satisfied with the response time to the online service form and the work performed.

Don't post too many reviews about positive experiences, but an encounter with Dmitry from this company today exceeded all my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, extremely pleasant, and upfront about the costs. Highly recommended these folks.

Excellent customer service! Dmitry was friendly and so knowledgeable. We had him install a new system and took his advice on reinforcing the door and so glad we did! We had a few hangups after the initial install (no fault of theirs) and Dmitry came back to check and diagnose the real issue. He went the extra mile to remedy the door rails to allow room for the door to no longer hangs up. Highly recommend!
