This is a great place to get orthotics. I am especially pleased with Mike, and all the staff. Mike is genuinely helpful and cares about my specific foot concerns. He treats me like a friend rather than just a patient. Every time I need and appointment, I can often get one the same day and have my needs taken care of promptly. I have been getting orthotics at this clinic for the last few years and I can highly recommend Bioped to anyone looking for orthotics.

Started seeing Anam Karbhari before the pandemic for an ingrown toe nail. Happy to say with her persistent treatment I have been able to keep my nail and no longer have pain. She is very skilled and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend- staff are knowledgeable and personable. Go here regularly for chiropodist appointments, have had orthotics made as well.

Bad experience. Arrived early. Staff could only find my first name and a booking for orthotics although I booked and confirmed a week before. I booked and needed a chiropodist, I got the orthotics guy. Chiropodist is busy

I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. It causes pain especially with weather changes. When I booked my appointment to pick up my orthodics i did advise ny schedule would be changing. I booked in September. I called ahead of time like I had previously said I would need to. Now I have to wait even longer to get my orthoidcs because they are just very busy. Poor customer service. Very poor I will pick up my orthodics ,and I will never return. I never felt very welcomed. Honestly feel they looked at me with dollar signs in their eyes.

This place is fantastic! Very good service and friendly staff. The lady at the front desk is sooo sweet and helped me with all my insurance questions. Micheal is a brilliant provider I recommend to see him. Overall great experience and I love my new orthotics! Thank you Bioped!

I got orthotics and shoes recently for heel and leg pain and they've made a huge difference in my pain. Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend!!

Website says they are open until 7:00 Thursday's, drove all the way there by 6:00 they were closed up tight. frustrating.
