I generally do not like writing reviews but given the poor reviews, felt compelled to write one. I had my first appointment with Dr. Sloan and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff were diligent in booking an appointment and notified me on a cancellation to be seen sooner. I was very happy at the overall service and professionalism. Genuinely surprised at the low ratings here.

I had a very good experience with the MedSleep group. Yes, like every specialist or medical test required in Ontario, it can take a few weeks or even months before an appointment is booked. However the team at Medsleep returned my calls and followed up accordingly. Shout out to Nony! I never had an issue getting someone on the phone to answer my questions or concerns. Everyone was patient and understanding, and friendly. Thank you MedSleep!

Takes 3-4 months to book the first appointment and follow up takes another 3-4 months, I was late for a 20 minute appointment that I booked in August and now they are telling me earliest is January 20something

Extremely awkward experience and was left calling the office multiple times for results, which neither of my physicians have received, a year after the fact. I hesitate to bother calling again, especially when I see the kind of responses given to other reviewers.

My doctor referred me for a sleep study and this is where I ended up going. They do not really explain much about what they are doing. I was shown to my room and asked when my normal bedtime was (1030,11). I was hooked up to the machines last, which ended up happening around 1130. The study only requires 5 hours of sleep so they woke me up at 545. Results take about 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind there is no wifi. You get a comfy bed in a private room and thats about it. I wish there would have been a bit more communication from the staff about what was happening.

Did the sleep test. No one called me back with results so I assumed I had no issues. Contacted clinic again 5 years later and got no explanation for the first visit even though they had my results which were positive for Apnea. Now I was asked to come in for another overnight test. Seems like a business not a doctors office. No trust with these people. Arrogant and self serving is my impression. UPDATE Jan 26 2023. I was able to get a home sleep test from another clinic Sleep Care Canada. Call them instead.

Major problems with administration, appointment confirmation. My family doctor faxed the referral to them 3 times, the first one over a month ago. Neither my family doctor nor I have received any communication from the clinic administrator, we are still waiting. Many years ago I visited the Appleton sleep clinic on Wilson Ave, where all the staff was professional and efficient and phone calls were always returned promptly.
