Excellent service from Joe who was the salesman that sold me a TV for a great deal. Honest and reliable. I will see him again for future purchases. Daryl who was the technician who installed my TV went far and beyond the call of duty. He was patient and took the time to go over all the details. He was fantastic!! I was a very happy customer! Nobody shop atVision TV. I just bought a TV from this location a couple days before I left for Florida. It was still in the box in my garage because I couldn’t carry it upstairs by myself and didn’t have time to deal with it before I left. Just got back from Florida, got assistance hanging it up (even getting it out of the box took two people and effort) and turned it on to find a black screen with a huge white crack in the corner. The TV looks perfectly fine when turned off, no sign of damage. The box shows no sign of damage. It was packed properly, all the plastic is still on it. They said they couldn’t help me and you only have 24 hours to report damage.I cannot lift a 58 inch TV by myself. I wouldn’t even be able to get it out of the darn car without waiting for someone to assist me. Had I known this I wouldn’t have even bought the TV until I knew I had an extra set of hands available.I had plane tickets to prove I’ve been away, and all the plastic is still on the TV. It’s very clear it happened in shipping. They are saying there is nothing they can do, and I even paid 100 dollars for a 5 year warranty. So I’ve now paid over 500 dollars for a broken TV that has never seen the light of day.I

Terrible customer service, (Burnaby location) READ BEFORE SHOPPING. I was lied to by management about the extended warranty program was told it covers all damages and tv is replaced in 1-2 days just “bring it in”. The repair company supplied by visions no showed to the appointment and was late to next appointment by 3 hours. 4 months later repair company deemed it physical damage was finally told the warranty would not cover physical damage when it was promised to me at checkout. Never purchase any extended warranty through visions regardless what management promises. They had lied to make a commission. I personally will not buy any more products. BEST BUY will price match and has a way better customer service division I recommend taking your business there.

We found Cliff Gargalicano to be a kind and straightforward person. He was knowledgeable about the product that we were enquiring and even extended a further discount when we finally made the purchase on our second visit. Good customer service and professional in his approach. He did not pressurize us to commit when we first approached him.

Ramtin was extremely helpful and handled the miscommunication that happened between me and another location of Visions perfectly and made sure I leave the store as happy as possible. I will definitely buy everything I need from their location from now on, although I have to drive an hour to get there.I totally value his professionalism and wish him the best!
