I usually eat from here everyday and the staff was friendly. but these days i avoid to order from here. yesterday, cashier treated me like he is paying for my meal. it was too rude and i feel ignored more than once. i will strongly recommend to go other a&w. not a professional environment. even cashier was using phone and smiling instead taking my order. thumb down.

Alright location during the day but the cashiers are too busy on the phone. As for the food it’s pretty standard A&W except they add a little touch by throwing it in the bag. Very ghetto at night as it’s open 24/7 so homeless frequent and do drugs at the table. I really hope they clean the place.

Service is excellently done by the front end counter. Professional and food are served hot, tempting and most of all tasty. Would definitely be my fast food chain place to visit near BCIT.

Cheap and tasty. One of the better fast food chains.Why does every cashier, in every store, look at me weird when I get an Impossible Teen Burger? Yes I know it has bacon and cheese. Hahahaha

Both washrooms were closed, so after I ordered and found that out I had to leave and go to food court. Onion rings were over fried. Next time would go to a nearby mall.

Food is always good,Staff friendly and helpful. Took my order wrong, but it is ok. When I have to eat extra fries is always good.Washroom for men not available, I had to used Washroom for women and it was disgusting, dirty, stinky and lights really bad.Homeless guy came into the store, talking to himself. Picking drinks from random tables, picking up left over from the trash can and employees didn't do anything about it. I understand you won't jeopardize your safety for $15 dollars an hour. But a call to a security company or cops would be fine to get some help.Lots of room for improvement.Order to go ONLY.

The main reason they should get 4 stars is for the service, very fast and the friendliest I have seen. The fries should be fried a little more to add more crisp, and the burger was good (that’s a teen burger with chicken added).
