Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Had a large group for breakfast. The staff was amazing. The food was hot and very good! Florentine Eggs Benny... very tasty!

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Waiting 10 minutes at the door . Than got seated and ended up waiting 35 min to get food. Toast not even buttered. The southwest skillet had zero taste. The sausage was not even warm or cooked. Only decent part was the deep fried patatoes. Honestly this place used to be good. Won't be coming back.

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
On entering the establishment hand cleanser was available. The restaurant was very quiet at 9am Thursday. Two other tables aside from ours. The server (Mavik) was excellent. Kept the coffee coming and it didn't take long for our food to arrive. The food was typical and plentiful. Overall a positive breakfast experience.

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Previously I’ve had good experiences here however this time we were completely neglected as customers. We had a large group and nobody attended to us to bring cutlery or condiments or refill our drinks. Our food came and my spouse had a bread clip in his food and he lost interest in eating and offered zero compensation for their attentiveness. We waited for 10 minutes for a server to come by for water refill. And customers around us were making comments of my adult sister for wearing a crop top calling her very disrespectful misogynistic slurs. I will not be dining here again this was an awful experience for my family.

Before I leave, I am taking the time specific to this location to review; I don’t know what miracle happened but the cook at this place really demonstrates excellence. Eggs & ham and shredded hash browns and toast. Prepared perfectly. Second visit cinnamon pancakes. I don’t know the shelf life of this particular cook here but it’s prepared with TLC

We ordered breakfast for a safety meeting at work - awesome pan scramblers enjoyed by all! Great quality food and great prices! they even threw in a few desserts as a thank you :)

We met up here for a working lunch. Smittys is a nice family restaurant and it is well lit with natural light inside. The service was quick with refills. We could order all day breakfast or lunch or dinner at lunch time. I opted for the club house sandwich with Italian wedding soup. I liked both. The soup could have used a bit more salt so it's no problem to add your own. Probably good for people opting to eat less salt. I'd definitely go back to this location. It's always clean and is super welcoming.

The server was friendly, the food was good. They made an extra poutine that we didn't ask for, we didn't have to pay for it, so it was a nice bonus.

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
First time at this restaurant and it was great. It amazes me that I have lived in the area for 14 years and this is the fist time here. My son suggested it as they have 39 cent wings and excellent nachos. It turns out it was a good choice. I personally had the fish and chips, it was served hot and was tasty. Our server was friendly and courteous and was attentive to our needs. The restaurant was clean as well as the washrooms. I would go again. It is Smitty’s so standard restaurant food and prices are reasonable.
