Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Went on Sunday, there's a waiting because of just one staff, but boy she works so fast not jeopardizing the quality of drinks she's making. Try the Peach Green Tea and it's sooooo good. We use the home made tapioca and it's way better. Mixed jelly is awesome too.

I recently visited a bubble tea shop and was impressed by the experience. Not only was the tea delicious and refreshing, but the manager of the shop went above and beyond to make the experience truly exceptional.From the moment I walked in, the manager named reet kaur greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to answer any questions I had about the menu. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different tea options and toppings, and even provided some helpful recommendations based on my taste preferences.Overall, I would highly recommend this bubble tea shop to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable experience. The manager truly made a difference in making the visit a memorable one, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

The staff were very friendly & the store was SO clean & tidy. They told me they didn’t have the homemade tapioca at this location, but it was indicated on the menu-might he something to look into. I ordered the matcha milk tea & opted for the standard tapioca topping. It tasted smooth & sweet-would recommend! ⭐️

Best place to get hot and cold drinks. I went many times on this store (park place location) always best service.The girl on store Reet is very friendly and hardworking she always have a big smile on her face and always treat people very politely and happily. Always saw her working alone but always happy.Store is always clean and stuff is always well arranged. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed rude service I spend over 50 dollars they over filled cup with tapioca I ask if is positive to remove some tapioca and add more juice I couldn’t even drink and the workers were very rude said I have to pay again

This location needs to get it together. I have been here twice and both times had to leave without a drink.The first time I ordered a passion fruit lemon brew and they were out of passion fruit seeds or syrup. The second time I ordered a mango diamond slush and they were out of mango chunks. The girl at the counter even told me they had mangoes right there, they just were not allowed to cut one 20 minutes before closing time.This place is always short one ingredient or another.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Service was very quick. Everything we tried was amazing. Super fresh ingredients. The mango smoothie was the best smoothie i have had. They have a few options for boba as well including lemongrass jelly. Not much artificial sugar added. Genuine fruit taste to the fruit smoothies.

Fresh made bubble tea juices, smoothies, slushies and more. The Strawberry Smoothies are my favourite with a sharp sweet real fruit flavour.The overall valued experience here is great

I love the decor.The mobile ordering station.Service with a smile.Total vibe.Taste of tea/juice.I ordered the passionfruit lemon with lychee and it was PERFECTION! I can imagine that drink being so refreshing on a hot summer's day.Enjoy!

Upon entering the store, we found only one server taking orders, which immediately raised concerns about the efficiency of service.We patiently waited for our turn to place our order, but as time passed, it became evident that something was amiss. The server seemed preoccupied with fulfilling an online order for six slushies, completely ignoring our presence and the six other people who entered the store. We watched as he prioritized the online order, making us wait an agonizing 28 minutes for our slushies however my daughters order was wrong. She didn’t get the drink she asked for but we still ignored it and walked out. We will never go back there .What bothered us the most was the server's lack of communication or acknowledgment towards us and the other customers. He did not offer any explanation for the delay or apologize for the inconvenience caused. This lack of basic customer service was disheartening and left a negative impression on everyone in the store.In fact, all six customers who had patiently waited, like us, walked out of the store in disappointment, expressing their dissatisfaction with the server's poor handling of the situation. It was clear that the server's attention was solely on the online order, disregarding the needs of the customers present in the store.While the quality of the slushies at Real Fruit Bubble Tea might be commendable, the overall experience was tarnished by the server's negligence and lack of professionalism. Customer service plays a vital role in any business, and unfortunately, this particular server failed to meet the expectations.I hope that Real Fruit Bubble Tea takes note of this incident and takes appropriate measures to improve their customer service, ensuring that all patrons, whether online or in-store, are treated with respect and timely service.
