I just had my kitchen installed in a mid 40s house, had a very good experience with owner Neil, and right hand man Blair. Price was fair, timeline was great. service was excellent, fit and finish was also great. Any concern I had, was handled immediately and professionally. Had a little hiccup, as can occur when trying to retrofit something new into an old uneven/non square space, but I feel they did a superb job, and I am a person with somewhat of a critical eye.Reading some reviews, I wonder if there is trouble in people's ability to communicate, hence bad reviews?? My vision was exactly what DreamEasy produced...We are very pleased with what we got!

People are friendly and the quality of the work is good but the communication is terrible. They seem to be so busy that nobody has any idea what each other is doing so lots of stuff gets overlooked. We had 4 different people doing the work someone else had started and no one had any idea what the last person did or needed to finish. We would get a phone call and if you answer they will come, if you don’t they go to the next place and maybe get back to you... office people are not in contact with fabricators, or installers. Get everything you talk about written down on paper or they will forget or not get passed on to next person. Countertops where made wrong because of this fact but was told it was our fault so either use it or wait another month or so. It still looks good, but just not what we really wanted. It seems they have everyone running around to so many different jobs at the same time that it has led to no one knowing really what is getting done or said with customers

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen from Dream Easy. Neil the owner came and gave us a quote,gave suggestions,answered any concerns and was always available to take our calls. Blair (Production Manager) also was great and was always available for any questions or concerns. He kept in touch with us and was very accommodating as well as their instillation team members. They were very professional,clean and considerate. Dream Easy was the only company that could accommodate us with our kitchen without waiting for months to even get a quote. We tried many other kitchen companies and they could not even give us a quote for 5-6 months We highly recommended Dream Easy for all your Kitchen and bathroom needs.

This was a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this company to anybody. We spent over $10K for new quartz counters in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Could not possibly go into all the details but suffice to say it took almost a month from start of install to final completion. Communication was poor, they did not arrive when they said they would, ever! Quality of product could have been much better, they didn't clean up after each visit, product was not on time, product was cut to wrong sizes, product had different edges to that ordered, new kitchen sink was installed more than 1/4 out of alignment and on and on and on."

I was extremely excited about getting a new kitchen from Dream Easy. The designer showed up at my home and my husband showed her the things that I wanted in my kitchen. The designer looked at my drawings and said, this is not going to work and then drew up her own design. She did not even consider what I wanted. The price she gave was for a basic kitchen, which was reasonable, 9500.00 installed, but I wanted more than a basic kitchen. I wanted the kitchen I have been waiting to get for the past 13 years. I called the Dream easy and told the secretary to let the designer know that I wanted a certain type of cabinets. The designer never got back to me. I called a second time and asked the secretary to tell the designer to call me. Again, she did not call me back. I called a third time and asked her to send me the design to my email, as I have yet to see anything from this woman. Again, no response. I am so very disgusted with Dream Easy. I went over to Westwood cabinets and told them what I wanted. The woman looked at my design and said, yes we can do that. It may cost me 17,000, but I will have the kitchen of my dream. You missed out Dream Easy, you could have had the business if it were not for the very bad service from the designer.

All I did was schedule a quote... 1 hour late to the appointment, with no communication basically MIA(to the company and me). To then find her in my yard on her phone doing other business" well past our scheduled time. What's the point of booking an appointment if you're going to be that late and can't be contacted..... extremely disappointing."

I have not dealt with this company for any work, but any company driving around the city should drive in a way that is not going to cause a bad reputation for them. But in a manner that will cause people to see the logo and their brand on their truck and think well of them.....even by the way they choose to drive their vehicles. Yesterday I was leaving the Village Green mall and heading straight south up 29th St. and their truck pulling their trailer was at the corner ready to turn right, south up 29th. I had a green light and I started to go, but had to hit the brakes as their driver decided to give it some gas and go right in front of me. I was not and still am not impressed with a company or any one who drives like that. We are doing renovations again, and will not use this company or recommend them to anyone else either. My message to Dream Easy is be aware of your conduct in all area's.....it is HUGE in influencing people to give or NOT to give you their business. The only reason you were given one star is because the reviews do not let people give no stars!

Avoid this businessThe original installer botched the install and we waited forever for them to find a replacement.Because the installer broke the countertop, and because of other problems we had to take the dishwasher out twice. this caused a leak which made the wood under the sink swell and break up.(The cabinets swell when any water touches them)their response was gee that's to bad.Forget making spaghetti unless the ceiling fans are running or else the cupboard doors will swell on the edges from moisture.They asked for full payment up front less 500 dollars.I stupidly ignored the red flags. Don't make my mistake.I have added more photos. and I have lots more. Doors shown with swelling ARE Some of the ones presently on the cabinets, not the replaced ones (they were way worse) We Don't have anymore moisture in our kitchen than anyone else, But if a drop of water ends up on a seam it swells the wood.So buyer be warned

Had a very good experience. I love my kitchen! They even suggested I keep my original boxes to save on cost. I got the white and wood kitchen that I envisioned. Thank you!

We had a 5 star experience. Fantastic designer, cabinets came on-time. Install was a little slower than expected but he did a great job. We're just about to order a second kitchen for our Basement suite.
