For years this was my favourite place to get ice cream at Lake Shore, but the lady was absolutely rude to my 7 year old daughter just because she bought her ice cream somewhere else, the flavour they currently don't have btw (the place I am reviewing), cotton candy. I was ordering my ice cream when my daughter dropped her spoon on the floor and then asked the lady for another one. The lady told my daughter to go walk back to the other ice cream shop with a very condencending tone... towards a 7 years kid! Gez! Of course I didn't buy anything and I'm not coming back for sure. I guess the store was completely empty for a reason.

This shop is less of a store, and more of a store front. But the space is used perfectly. A wide selection of gelato flavours are presented right at the doorway so there is no need to go inside. A small cup includes up to two flavours and a complimentary waffle biscuit is always offered. It’s a cute spot located right off the lakeshore, perfect for post-dinner treats or date nights along the water.

This Gelato place is one of very few stores in the GTA that you will definitely come back to order from.They have high quality products with variety of flavors.The two ladies that work there were very nice and friendly.

The ice cream is an easy 3.5-4 out of 5 Stars however I really dislike the fact that it's a cash-only joint. It really is annoying having to walk over to a cash machine to get money out and then pay a service charge. Please get yourself a point-of-sale machine as it's absolutely ridiculous in 2017 to be only using cash. I NEVER carry cash and it is a dying form of payment, you are losing out on customers.

Just like in Italy, fresh and creamy! The classic pistachio and hazelnut favors did not disappoint. The staff was also super friendly and kind :)

There is no other place in Burlington for Gelato. Do not accept any other substitutes! I love their flavours and the quality is superb. As someone Asian who loves her black sesame, their black sesame gelato is on point & better than what I can get at Asian purveyors, believe me, I've tried many! Flecks of just enough seeds and rich flavour.My other fav place is a long standing place in Toronto and I was very happy to not have to make the trek anymore!

Pretty decentReply to the owner: good ingredient for sure, similar level as Cows in the Niagara on the lake, but bruh, we've been tried a lot unique gelato flavour such as Partridge tea and smoked corn. Best in the Burlington, doesn't mean you are the best everywhere. Open your eyes and travel more, thx!

Awesome ice cream. Never had sour cherry before in ice cream form but man it is just like having fresh picked cherries from a tree.And the hazelnut with the Ferrero Roche mmmmmm
