Unreliable, she quit 2 weeks before the wedding . We hired Michelle for my brother and his fiancée’s wedding. She was unresponsive to emails, and two weeks before the big day she had no itinerary prepared. Finally after several emails where she did not respond over a 10 day period, I asked her if she was still interested in the job. Her response was she was busy with another 200 person wedding, and could not work 24h a day. When we asked that that had to due with this wedding , she kept the money and quit which is a breech of her contract. She then proceeded to tell the groom she quit because of his sister just to try to add some more stress for the bride and groom two weeks before their special day. When the bride and groom asked if Michelle could just not deal with the sister, and if they could take over communition with the sister, Michelle refused, quit , and left the hanging. The Bride and Groom could not understand , made no sense? Michelle is unprofessional , lacks experience ,and clearly cannot deal with the stress and pressure involved in weddings . Beware if any family members, vendors, or even a bride is in her opinion rude to her. She will keep your money, quit and leave you hanging no questions asked.
