Best Care Dry Cleaners

Dropped off my Aritizia wool jacket for dry cleaning and I am so impressed! It came back so clean and looked brand new. They even managed to get rid of the coffee stain on the sleeve. Would highly recommend!

They have the friendliest staff. My items were cleaned ASAP, and I was notified when ready, but if forgot to pick them up for few months...they should have charged a storage fee. Ha. Overall, great place.

I took my Canada Goose jacket to Best Care dry cleaners that had dirty marks on the sleeves and hem. I got the impression that this cleaner specialized in cleaning this brand from online reviews. Although very pricey, the coat came out looking like new. I also took in a cocktail dress with a lace jacket and they were able to get out some yellow stains. Once again, not cheap but very good. Cleaning is done on site so no worries about items being lost as I’ve read in reviews about other cleaners.

Prices were reasonable for dry cleaning. Unfortunately my dark purple suit blazer I loved was completely faded and now looks like an ugly brown. It is no longer sold by the place I bought it, so I cannot replace it. I made the mistake of not getting the pants dry cleaned with the blazer as they now look like two completely different colors so they cannot be worn together. I have attached a picture so you can see the difference in the color fade.It's a real shame, because the other 4 items (3 suit blazers, 1 suit pants) I dropped off were completely perfect. Won't return in the future simply because the item ruined cannot be replaced.Update: Management was really nice, customer service was great, and they did refund me for the one jacket dry clean. Lisa, the manager also told me to talk to the store where I bought it from since it was the first time I dry cleaned it. She's willing to help provide them with verification that they followed all proper dry clean procedures. So hopefully I can get some of my money back from them with her help.

Had a bad grease splatter on a blazer that I thought for sure would mean the blazer was done. Decided to shoot them a message, they got it all out, and were super friendly while doing it. Definitely gonna keep taking my stuff here

Very disappointing service here. Brought in 4 suits to get dry cleaned, and 3 of them were ruined. The owner would not answer the phone, and I am unfortunately left with replacing the suits on my own dime.I am baffled as to how this even happens as one suit shrank a full size, the other grew 3 sizes and the third had tears in the liner of both sleeves. Each suit was a different brand with pricing ranging from $450-$1500 (per suit).The staff there tried to do their best, but with all of the tailors, cleaners, and owner gone there was nothing they could do.I will likely be taking the business to small claims court if the owner does not contact me with a solution.

They have always been super good with communication and their services have made me and my families life so much easier. Even when I forget that it is pick up day they are super understanding. Great customer service!

Excellent service!! Staff are incredibly friendly. The cleaning is excellent and they have great prices. I won’t go anywhere else for my dry cleaning. WAY BETTER than Perth’s.
