CIBC Branch with ATM

Had it been only for my initial experience with the teller I would have gave this review 1 star. This Women said as little as she could to me (While dealing with a security issue with my account) and generally did not seem to enjoy her job or maybe being employed. Cheer up Annette.Thankfully she passed me off on another person, again with very little communication. Van was very helpful and professional and able to get me on my way quickly. Thanks Van!

I went to this branch with my wife to pay out an existing car loan at another branch.I've been with CIBC for over 30 years.We were served by Annette and I made sure to look at her name tag because we got polite, helpful and exceptional service in every way, shape and form.While it's not my home branch, I will have no qualms whatsoever about coming here even if there's a lineup because I appreciated the good service and I hope her manager appreciates the same with regards to her.Thank you again Annette for a painless experience outside of us spending money of course. Lol!We are all so quick to complain in this day and age but if we took a minute out of our day to compliment good service, the world would be a better place.

If you don’t know what “slow” means, they’ll surely teach you the meaning; and in the utmost slowest fashion.It’s Friday 11am and the line up is to the middle door. 3 slow agents working and taking their sweet time with each customer.Make sure you Have 45 mins at the least free if you want to be serviced here.

One staff serving a long que of ppl, wating for so long. And noone even bothered to ask or help.What passed me off , an elderly ppl were waiting for more than 30 minutes.

After a frustrating ordeal at my local branch, I had an exceptional experience at this branch. Annette was very kind and sympathized with my frustration. She got on the phone with the other branch immediately and got them to correct their mistake all while apologizing for the inconvenience they caused me and waived the service fee. She did all of this in a timely manner while training a new teller. I was very pleased and thought Annette should be recognized for her exceptional service!

Just came back from my CIBC Branch @ White Oaks after attempting to open an estate account for my Mother who passed away in May in the Czech Republic . I was turned away after the Bank Manager sent his bank teller to tell me to go to the Royal Bank .So I told teller I would be closing all accounts with CIBC .The best part is !!! I went to Royal Bank in White Oaks , explained what happened to the teller and he took the same information to his Bank Manager .The Manager at Royal Bank came out of her office and gave me her condolences and explained the process ahead of me and made an appointment to set up estate account.Wow what a difference kindness and compassion makeI will be transferring all my business to them and also the substantial inheritance my mother left me .

My disappointed is Immeasurable and my experience is Ruined.Customer service is absolutely trash,doo doo greedy low lives here only looking to sign up as many people as possible and then never help you if you need help with an issue on your account.

EDIT** Now that they have moved to where the West49 use to be in White Oaks Mall, it is a lot easier to get in and out of quicker. I had given this place 2 stars before, but I'm changing it to 4. Enjoy banking with CIBC, they have always been very helpful. Moving location was a nice plus as well!I am giving this branch a two because the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the fact that it is in the mall makes it nearly impossible to find parking when its busy (example: holidays). I sometimes find myself driving out of the way to go to the branch on Wonderland due to this reason. I also find it very frustrating that there always seems to be enough staff working, but not enough tellers. I often find myself waiting 10-15 minutes just to be helped. Again, I do enjoy the friendly hospitality that this branch has to offer, I am just dissatisfied with the fact that its in a crappy location, and it takes a long time to be helped.
