The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Waterdown
My out of town bachelorette plans were suddenly cancelled due to a massive snow storm. My sisters and I decided to make the best of the situation and go out locally. The Keg could not have been more accommodating, and we truly had an incredible time. Mark, our bartender, was hilarious and came up with a bunch of games for us to play. The waitresses were so friendly. Crab cakes and other appetizers - delicious. We've been laughing all morning at the absurdity of our situation and are so so grateful to the Keg Waterdown for making our experience such a good one.

Was a good place for dinner. My plate came over cooked (steak) when I mentioned it to the staff they did beyond what I could've asked for or imagined, bringing me qn entire new plate and boxing up my previous one to take home for other family members who would eat it.Overall a very good experience there

We always head to The Keg in Waterdown for a dependable experience. An early dinner included a bottle of Spanish wine, an 18 oz steak special for my hubby and a 6 oz top sirloin steak for me. The food was cooked perfectly to order and the service by our waiter Justin was absolutely great. We could not have been more pleased.

Went for dinner with my son, I give 3 star for atmosphere and 2 star for food and drinks. We had to wait till our exact time of reservation to be seated( we were 10 mins early). Waitress was nice but not very attentive, she gave us menus promptly then disappeared for a bit. Finally we got our drinks ordered ,received them within 10 mins and then she disappeared again for 20 mins. Finally we ordered, it took 45mins wait for our food. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the taste of my steak, it was over cooked and blue cheese was mealy and bland. I had scallops and shrimp on the side which had absolutely no seasoning and smelt very fishy. My twice baked potato was lukewarm. The Mac n cheese tasted like buttered noodles with cheese crumbled on top, it was just horrible and inedible. The strip steak was great but honestly the best thing was the roasted beets. The drinks were very watered down tasting. Our apple crumble was not baked properly and crumble tasted raw, the cheesecake was ok but kinda warm. Unfortunately for the amount of money paid for THIS meal and because of lack of good service, I would NOT recommend nor would I return to The Keg.

The Keg at Waterdown is exceptional of its customer services. Stacy was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent. The sirloin steak was cooked as requested. The Lobsters were at the dry side but still delicious. The twice baked potatoes are delicious. The bread is so fresh and served steaming hot.. I actually asked for a second serving! The caramel ice cream pie (Billy Miner Pie) was the best finale. Great experience!

Our time at The Keg Steakhouse was worthwhile. Our waitress Caileigh was very kind, attentive and quick. The food was phenomenal. I had the New York Sirloin and for dessert I preserved the Billy Miner Pie. Very delicious and tasty food.Will definitely come back once I am in the area.

Traditionally the Keg is always fantastic for food.But what sets this Keg apart, is the incredible people working here. They are fun, Whitty and truly understand that guest come to dine for the experience. Not just to eat. Amazing job done by all!

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Waterdown
First KEG experience and it was amazing. Party of 2, we were warmly welcomed and accommodated per our needs (asked for a booth). Price point is high but you get the quality for the money it charges. Service was amazing too - extra star for that. Makes your steak how you exactly asked for; if not they are willing to re-do to make you happy. Not many places offer this. People with sweeth tooth, try their Billy Miner Pie.

The Keg Waterdown is really a top notch restaurant for great food and great experience. Very consistent food and service with every visit. This location is MUCH nicer than the other Kegs in Hamilton or Burlington area. Worth the drive for sure.
