Don't go to the foundry unless you want your issues dismissed and your calls not returned.I went to the foundry to get counselling after my anxiety became too hard to manage. On my second visit the lady signed me up for repeat counselling (12 appointments) however after trying to make an appointment 4 or 5 times over the phone and being told she wasn't in (I even asked them to let me know when she was next in and I never got a call back) I decided to give up. After no improvement in my symptoms I went to the walk in clinic because I thought my anxiety could be health related. The doctor I spoke with gave me the most basic testing and when it all came back normal he refused to do any extensive tests. I told him thyroid issues run in my family but he wouldn't test for it or anything else that I asked for. He called me a nervous Nelly" and said some people just have anxiety. I left his office SOBBING.The naturopath that I've been seeing for all of two appointments just told me my anxiety is related to thyroid and cortisol levels and I'm currently on a protocol.Side note the people at the front desk were so nice. If everyone at the foundry was like the receptionists I'd be giving them 5 stars."

Really wonderful team, haven’t been able to go in person yet as I am in Mission, but they have been very accommodating and have let me set up phone appointments and /or virtual. Very thankful for the help. My mental health/ well-being really needed it. Grateful for this resource, would recommend. Armaan and Alex who I have talked to the most are very kind and helpful. But I’m sure everyone else there is as well.
