Royal Rose is amazing! The studio is bright and clean and staff are super sweet. I’ve had quite a few tattoos done at several places in the city and Royal Rose is hands down the most welcoming and friendly studio I’ve found. I left with an amazing tattoo and also a really great experience

I contacted Royal Rose several times throughout the past year and every time the customer service experience was incredible! Highly recommend customers to give them a call for tattoo inquiries and bookings, as reception as well as the artists themselves were very eager to help and accommodate my work schedule. Besides incredible assistance, the art speaks for itself, if you book with any of there professionals you will not be disappointed. As a matter of fact, you should be there right now!

From the moment I arrived i was greeted outside by artist and felt like I'd been there a 100 times although it was my first . The staff is very professional and polite, great to talk to and the artists were very nice . I didn't go in planning on getting any work done but left with a new piece that I love .Great artist very great work . Thanks for making my experience there a memorable one.

Best tattoo shop I've seen so far here. Very kind & professional, nice look & feel (even got an arcade machine lol). A little gem inside Vancouver. Would definitely recommend to go and see Karin, their tattoo artist over there. Working on a new design for my next tattoo with her, so far so good.

I’ve gotten two tattoos from Hyun and I’ve had a great experience both times!Check in was super easy and the shop was really clean and looks great inside. Not an intimidating environment at all, it was very welcoming. I have been to shops all over the world and this is one of the best ones! Definitely recommend you check out Hyun as well, absolutely incredible and nice artist.

Taylor is a great tattoo artist I’ve been getting tattooed by him for over 3 years now. Great guy to work with and does amazing art work !!

Got my tattoo’s from Jay long. He’s super helpful and has a lot of patience. He helped me with the designs and the placements of my tattoo’s gave me a really good deal as well.

Called and then came in for a consult with Jay. Collaborated on tattoo design and I told them I would book within a week.Called 5/15/23 and asked for the next available appointment with Jay (spoke with the receptionist voted most likely to hate her job) - told 11:00am 5/19/23. I took it. Time is valuable and others time should be respected …. I actually even made the point of saying that I would cancel if anything came up.Took Friday off arrived at 11:00- no Jay. Jay was called and said no one confirmed ( I was not asked to - I booked an appointment) - could not come in.Was told Grant would be in within 20 min and he could do it… no Grant.Lovely receptionist today - so sincere and kind…. but commitment to appointments, and recovery from screw ups at this “business” blows.Was told someone would call me shortly to offer options - given there track record with actually doing what they say….. not holding my breath.The difference a week makes.Received a call from the location and they offered me the option of coming in later that day, to meet with a different artist.I was offered a discount for the earlier problem and I came back and met Joy. Joy was excellent , and especially patient working with me on my first tattoo.My final bill was about $100 higher than the quote I had received, but at this point I just wanted to have it all over and done. I tipped and left.Then, I received a follow up call from the owner Sunday evening - and I was really impressed. He followed up make certain my experience was a positive one, I told him about the quote confusion also and he corrected the error.Whatever my initial experience was the response more than made up for it. I felt heard, understood, and I really am happy with the final product. Great work and a real commitment to making experiences positive.

recently got a tattoo here. i was very excited & looking forward to the appointment, it started off well by my artist adjusting a part that i wanted to add (which was great!) & i walked out with a beautiful new tattoo. unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the aftercare process & such, but the owner had reached out to me personally to address these concerns. i appreciated the communication greatly and the reparations they took. it was all done swiftly and with care/ concern. i look forward to going back in the future.
