I came here because I was recommended by a friend and I AM SO GLAD I DID! Tim and his son have been a pleasure to work with I am an extremely picky person and they were very patient with me. I have since been back a half a dozen times designing new pieces and each one done to perfection. I have done my research and have found that Tim’s quality is superior to most as well as EXTREMELY reasonable on cost. I could not recommend a better place to have your jewelry made!

I have never seen my engagement ring and wedding band sparkle more than it did when I picked it up from getting polish. I was very impressed. Service was also very friendly, fast, and very affordable.

Needed to get cleats/balls added to my wedding ring (before it slipped off and I lost it) and had phoned around and received quotes from other places. Tim's was one of the most reasonable with a turnaround time of a few hours whereas other places were saying 10-14 days!! My ring now fits perfectly and stays on my finger and the cleaning he gave it was spectacular. Thank you for such great service!

This is the first Google review I have written that would be considered 'negative'. However it is knowledge that I feel ought to be shared.My wife speaks well of TPJ so I thought I would give them a try for some basic watch maintenance. Perhaps this is not their strength, as I did NOT have a good experience...to the point that I would consider it dishonesty on the part of the jeweller. I tried to voice my concern - using the most amiable manner I could muster, however the business owner did not seem to care (even though he otherwise seems like a friendly fellow). Needless to say I will avoid TPJ in future.

My husband had not been able to wear his wedding ring due to an enlarged knuckle. I brought the ring to several jewellers, no one knew what to do, some offered a solution but the cost was so that I might have as well purchased a new ring. Tim solved the problem by creating a hinge and closing mechanism on the ring. It’s beautiful, finely detailed and now my husband can wear his ring. Thank you Tim, for thinking outside the box and creating a very unique piece.

Tim and Tim junior have a great selection, can create custom jewellery and do professional repairs. They fixed my heavy chain, sized my family ring and repaired my wife's engagement ring. I bought a hand-cast dual colour gold chain from them, the first one Tim Jr. had ever made. Great to have them in Ocean Park, my go to jeweller who I will be seeing again soon. 5 gold stars!

Tim Platinum Jewellers was recommended to me by a couple family members. I am glad I went to them because they were able to take a design I created and make a beautiful engagement ring that my fiancée loves. It didn’t them them too long, they took the time to listen to all my ideas, and they are reasonably priced. It is obvious that they take pride in their work and they care about their customers. The ring size needed to be reduced and they did it in a timely manner. My fiancée and I are so impressed with their craftsmanship that we recommend Tim Platinum Jewellers to our friends and family.
