Had good experiences in the past but received a slightly bent bed frame in September. No problem, these things happen sometimes, so I sent in photos and was told they would get back to me. Still no resolution to the problem and they stopped returning my messages. Other than that, products and service are good.

Recently purchased 4 bed spreads which was the minimum order. Upon receipt, they were poor quality in fact light passed through them they were so thin. They were individually packaged in white plastic shipping bags. The only way to inspect them was to open the bag.I called to return the bedspreads and was told they would not take back the one that I opened and there would be a 25% restocking fee plus I would have to pay for the shipping. After explaining my situation and the fact that we are a small business they were not willing to be flexible with their policy. As per my request to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to the Regional Sales Manager who had already been informed of the situation from customer service. From the beginning of the conversation he was rude and condescending. Their policy makes it financially not smart to return the product. I will not purchase from this company again.

I have been shopping with Omland for several years now. Besides the good quality, what pleases me the most is the consistency of the products. Every year I am able to replace old linens with new ones and keep the same pattern and style. Great place for hotel supplies, definitely recommend it!

Their staff was most helpful to facilitate the order which was over $18,000. One piece, a bunk bed ladder, broke immediately when installed. Two headboards were damaged when we opened the pallets. Customer service said they would replace the ladder but that we could 'bend' the headboards back into place because those were damaged during shipping and they aren't responsible for that. We have not received the replacement ladder and they won't issue us a refund. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB but I doubt Omland will respond. I recommend that you find another company that cares about their relationship with the customer.

I had the most positive experience working with Omland Hospitality, with their patient and helpful staff who were able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had throughout. I have been purchasing their products for a few years and have found their customer care expertise to be consistently top quality and their products (I have ordered their bed sheets and towels as well as their bed skirts) to be in wonderful condition every time!
