This place is a dump.But it has the largest flock of albino ravens i has ever seen.I would totally recommend this place for garbage disposal, and bird watchers.

What a dump! There was piles of garbage, wood, grass clippings, cement, electronics, appliances. JUST WHAT I WANTED! Looks like there is a free section of good stuff that people can take.

Horrible site. Staff very courteous and helpful but force me to climb garbage pile with my truck. Often got flat tire... need to organize bins like they do in sudbury

They seriously need to add a laneTakes way too long to go throughNever seen a line up move so slow1/2 hour for maybe 6-7 vehicles.Pretty disappointing setupThey had well over two dozen cars sent back and they all waited in line for a long time.Maybe they just need to get a little more organized than the average lemonade stand.“One at a time”. Might work in Mackerow or maybe Markstay but Hanmer? Really?

I was here at 715am gate open but no one manning gate house ... sign and online stated hours of operation were 7am to 7 pm ... at 741 am someone came and said we open 8 am to 5 pm for winter hours that were not changed online or posted at the gate ... still waiting... the only reason you get one star is so I could leave this review ... people came behind us and were very angry ... for a city that keeps raising our taxes the quality of your services can be ìmproved .. especially with just a simple thing like updating your hours of operation

They should have a lane and area for recyclable items only. Have a exit lane where you pay. This will leave the enter lane to work faster.I came here from Barrie area three years ago and they have a great system. Fast enter and exit.
