My experience at Pelvico Health was excellent! Cat was very open and professional. She made discussing private matters very comfortable and worked with me to meet my pelvic floor goals. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

I had the pleasure of spending three sessions with Shannon, 2 group sessions and a round of semi-private sessions. This was pivotal in my recovery and sanity after having my first baby.Shannon brings so much positive energy to her classes and keeps classes small so she can get a chance to connect and help each person in class. She’s knowledgeable and very supportive when it comes to tailoring exercises to your needs.The ability to bring your baby to class not only gives you the opportunity to workout, it also provides social time with other new moms to discuss all those new mom questions floating around in your head. The group sessions have a great sense of community that a very much enjoyed. My babe grew up and it was time to move on but I very much miss these classes!I highly recommend Pelvico and Shannon for your pre and post pregnancy fitness and overall pelvic health support.

10/10 would recommend Pelvico. I have nothing but positive things to say about Cat. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me through pregnancy and postpartum. Every time a new ache or pain occurred she knew exactly what to do and explained the reason behind the pain. Would highly recommend Cat.

I had a great experience seeing Cat for some hip mobility issues. Her initial assessment was very thorough but quickly honed in on what seemed to be the cause. She really gets a whole snapshot of what activities you are involved in and her solutions are tailored to your lifestyle. I especially enjoyed that she integrated my assigned exercises into my existing fitness routine so my homework" just melded in with little to no disruption.Her booking system is easy to use

After finding out I was pregnant I wanted to ensure I was taking care of my body and pelvic floor appropriately to support my birth plan and post pregnancy goals. Cat Wood is professional and has an ease about her that make you feel comfortable while doing assessments and treatments. She listened to my goals and provided me with a program and resources that prepared me for birth, which ultimately aided in a positive postpartum recovery. I have recommended her to a couple of my friends who are also on their pregnancy/ postpartum journey who have all had nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Cat. Cat was wonderful to work with! Adapted my exercises accordingly each time I went in and now my shoulder is back in working order and I'm back to climbing hard again without pain!

Cat Wood is very knowledgeable when it comes to pin-pointing the issues i’ve had (lower back pain). Her assessments are very thorough and she cares about how you are feeling at all times, even after the appointment. I have learned so much about my pelvic floor and how it all relates to my overall fitness. She is super friendly, kind and professional. Her room is super comfortable and welcoming to all. Everything she uses (needling, cupping) are incredible and very effective! I highly recommend her services. :)

During my second pregnancy, it was suggested to me that I try pelvic floor physiotherapy for delivery planning. I had a traumatic first delivery and was hopeful to prevent any issues this time. Cat was absolutely amazing to work with! She’s very knowledgeable, down to earth, and I felt at ease as soon as i arrived. She helped me to feel more empowered going into my delivery with her coaching… and I am grateful that I had a very positive experience with the birth of my second child! Our follow up appointment was very helpful too as Cat gave me lots of good advice for reducing back and shoulder pain when breastfeeding. Knowing that I have such an amazing resource in my corner is very reassuring for any future concerns that might arise. I highly recommend Cat (and the rest of the Pelvico team!)!! Thank you so much!

Had a consultation with Cat and she is excellent. I love how knowledgeable she is but most of all she is very gentle.She is like Maria's twin, so personable and so passionate about what she does and it shows.Recommend 110%.
