Appreciated the early check in. Great location with a Denny's and a Chophouse attached for convenience. Front desk staff were kind and professional. Clean, comfortable rooms. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel's inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. My three-day stay at the Sandman Hotel Oakville was pleasant and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were well-appointed, and the hotel's amenities met my expectations. Specially, your hotel Guest services manager, Garima K she was kind and made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was as enjoyable as possible.Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Oakville.Thank you again for a truly remarkable stay.Warm regards,

Sagar was very personable, friendly and had great energy. He made sure we were content and we’re able to have the best experience we could have had here! 5 stars all the way for him! We will definitely be back at this location for sure !

Tip: Check to see if a hockey team is staying at this hotel before you book, unless you like teenagers running and screaming through the hallways all evening, and their drunk parents shouting down the hallways at each other all night and leaving garbage everywhere.My room was clean and comfortable, if a little worse for wear. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room service was great. When my neighbours were at their hockey tournament I had a lovely time. I'd come back again after making sure I won't have to endure constant noise from 4pm until midnight.

This hotel holds a dear memory. The first time I stayed was a regular 2 queen sized bed and the second time was an executive room with kitchenette and business meeting room. My first impression of it was large but familiar at the same time. It felt like home and closeness to it, which is quite rare.It is also close to shopping centre and restaurants. It has great staffing & interior design. What else can u ask? Highly recommend.

We arrived a little bit early but they said they would have a room ready for us. We didn't end up getting the room we booked, but they did upgrade us to another room since ours wasn't ready on time. The room was pretty! We didn't really spend much time in it since we were going to a game and only really slept there lol. I did get an early morning swim/hot tub soak in before we left though, and I was the only one there so that was nice.The Denny's had disappointing food, the orange juice was probably half water lol and the food itself was kind of bland.Nothing really wrong with it though! Didn't stay long enough to get a true feel for it.

We stayed at the Sandman for approximately 3 weeks and were totally satisfied with our stay from check in to check out. We were treated like family. All the staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was busy on weekends with hockey teams and other groups but they were properly staffed to ensure it did not impact our stay. Easy access to QEW bonus plus several restaurants and shopping is close by. Thanks to Leo (Manager) and his staff for making us feel welcome. Also great coffee to start off our day.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel a few weeks ago. The convenience of having 2 restaurants within walking distance was amazing as was the staff. We had a small mishap with our toilet but their service guy Marcus was not only fast but extremely polite and had things fixed in no time. Great place to stay.

We recently spent two nights at the Sandman because we had to travel to Oakville for surgery for our dog. We brought both of our dogs with us and we were super pleased with the cleanliness and condition of our pet-friendly room! If you want a pet-friendly room and you don't want to worry about what you might end up with, Sandman is where it's at! The hotel common areas are beautiful and the front desk clerks were extremely kind and helpful. The complimentary coffee served in the lobby area in the morning was also very appreciated. What a great experience :)
