I wish I had gotten the name of the representative that handles my orders here. I like the staff. I've made multiple orders online, and each time there's a problem with my online order, I get a call from this office, we have a chat about the situation, and the guy makes a recommendation for a replacement. I have yet to be disappointed by the recommendations, and I thoroughly appreciate the effort taken by the staff here. I still get excellent material to work with, and I don't have to restart my research/ordering cycle. I appreciate the staff here.

Tandy Leather is definitely everything that is real leather. All leather types with products for leather from dyes, conditioner, and many different products. Raw leather pieces that will start a project from scratch. The Tandy Leather's founder was born in the Vancouver area, but this company was formed in Texas.....long story. Classes and memberships are available. Thanks for the interesting conversation and the products .....

I often enjoy this store greatly and have had good experiences here with staff, except earlier this week on Tuesday June 4th. A creepy older male staff member made me extremely uncomfortable by asking if I was making underwear when I requested leather for making clothing. Why would that be your first assumption? Ewww. Personally I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed, but I just wanted to see what leather there was to work with.

I asked my daughter, who lives in Vancouver, to take me to Tandy in Surrey while I was over from Surrey UK on holiday.Fantastic experience, amazing and varied stock but above all the friendly and extremely helpful staff who were brilliant.I promised I'd be back even though its a 9 hour flight away.I'll need any empty suitcase on the way out to fill up for my return home!Thanks again to all the staff and for my antler key ring which has been much admired this side of the great divide!Hope to see you in 2023.

Beautiful store, very helpful employees. And, they don't try to sell you the most expensive, but the best choice for your ideas and uses. I really love to go there, this store is an inspiration for new projects each time I'm stopping by.

What a great experience here! I'm new to leather crafting and Susan went above and beyond to make sure I was purchasing the correct tools. She made sure I was getting the best value for my money - she didn't push anything on me that I hadn't already asked about. Worth the drive in and they've got another loyal customer!

Great store and great brand! I have bought an assortment of tools and hardware from Tandy and can say from experience that the quality and selection are excellent. As well the Surrey staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I even got some excellent tips and tricks. I am from Vancouver island and had a warranty issue to deal with, and the staff were extremely helpful and quick to act over the phone and promptly dealt with the matter. Great products and team, what more can you ask for? Thanks!

If your on this side is the Fraser River you can't beat Tandy for price and selection. Pretty darn good staff they have there, always have a pleasant experience when getting supplies. Absolutely recommend this store.

This tandy leather has always been helpful when I call them from Trail BC. Ryan has been the guy who has helped a lot. He is very patient with me as a new leather worker and answer's my many questions. This past week he helped me put in an order and troubleshoot it. I just got it today. And thought I should give a review.
