The service from Steve was amazing. I called him up because my laptop suddenly won’t tern back on and he guided me to solve my problem through the phone with extreme patience and care. The problem was solved though the call and it was totally free of charge. I really appreciated how he values solving the problem for consumer over charging for the service. I would definitely recommend calling Steve if you ever run into problems with your device!

I had an issue with my computer not updating Windows and other drivers. And then my sound stopped working. He took my computer in and fixed all the issues.

Minimum rating is 1/5, but I would give 0/5 if that was an option. Unprofessional workspace (ie. burnt kitchen towel to place underneath my laptop). Initially booted up the machine and everything was working temporarily, then removed the back which ultimately further damaged the laptop during repair as I watched him shorted the motherboard when disconnecting/connecting the battery pack (he even pointed out the sparks to me lol). But then denied responsibility and the request for compensation due to his ego. Had to bring the machine to a more competent technician to cover up his mistakes. DO NOT go to this person for issues and repairs.

Knowledgable, friendly, affordable service. Great experience. Recommended.
