Very friendly and accommodating, conveniently come to you for a brief assessment and fitting- I had been struggling with foot pain for months and months, felt very hopeless, and Pro Balance was very reassuring. 3 weeks later they delivered my orthotics and my pain has almost completely gone away. They are also very helpful with making sure your insurance has the correct documents, would recommend!

He is knowledgeable, dependable, uses modern technology and explains the process from gait analysis to 3D imaging to ordering to delivery and even helps you navigate the insurance process. 5 stars
