Our experience was awesome. First of all, I didn't even need to send our logos or any designs yet and they already had a design ready for me. All I needed to do was tell them our company name. We ordered business card USB drives for our plant managers all around North America and they loved it! Second, customer service was awesome. I got responses from them faster than I have anticipated. Even my requests to modify the designs were responded to very quickly. Third, our orders arrived here sooner than expected. My boss is pleased, so I am very pleased with your service! Kudos to you, guys!

In terms of customer service, the folks at Promotional Drives are fantastic! They were responsive, quick to follow up and very accommodating with our changes and needs. I would highly recommend them.In terms of product, we purchased their USB/Pen/Stylus combo with gift box for a small regional academic conference. These are fantastic, of great quality for the price, and the metal box really makes the pen feel special. The turn around time from when I supplied the artwork to receiving the item (half a continent away) was very fast.Promotional Drives are a great vendor to work with!

Great Customer Service and great quality for the USBs!I dealt with Ali the whole time and can't say enough good things about the customer experience. Ali was always very patient and helpful with all my questions (and there were many of them!) and super quick to respond. I was in a bit of a time crunch and he managed to get me the products with a lot of time to spare.I'll definitely recommend Promotional Drives and use them again in the future.
