Dove is my go-to place for alternations and cleaning of all my special care fabrics. Dove's service is always professional, courteous and timely. Would highly recommend!

Inexperience when it comes to handling bridal wear and over priced for services that can not be delivered. Beware when leaving your garments under their care!!! I had picked Dove because they had never disappointment with my dry cleaning. So, I left my bridal gown to be pressed, came to pick it up and found out it hasn't even been touched. They were going to charge me $200 for nothing!!! I had called a day prior to picking up the dress to make sure it was properly pressed, staff told me it should be pressed because it was sent out and just arrived. Very unprofessional for such a reputable name like DOVE" to rely on assumptions when they know it's a very critical time for someone--like a wedding!!!!!- AN UNHAPPY BRIDE"

I had a wonderful experience with Dove Cleaners! The quality is perfect and it is worth the price. I recommended this dry cleaner and also They have a delivery service which is help me to save my time.

I have used the services of numerous dry cleaners in the Toronto area since 1996, and have to say that Dove is hands down the best. Their stores are conveniently-located, professionally-staffed and give me the peace of mind that my clothes will be treated with the utmost care. I travel extensively and not only are my clothes always immaculate and ready on time, Dove also gives me the option of a folding service that is unique and so very convenient for the travelling businessman and his suitcase!I have been using Dove for the past two years but chose to write this review after Dove went above and beyond to satisfy me, a loyal customer: I was called out of town on business at the last minute and needed several articles of clothing for my trip. I called my Dove cleaner with my dilemma and they picked up my clothes, did a rush order cleaning and delivered them back to me in time for my trip. I cannot even imagine any of my previous drycleaners giving me any level service close to what Dove provides.Sincerely,Chris Edwards

I would not recommend this place to anyone.OMG, This Lady working there called " Aruzu " is always absolutely rude, bossy & can't even have a smooth fluent English conversation with you at all as a customer service rep !!!!Horrible service.

Megan and Shermin were great. I brought my wedding dress to have dry cleaned before my wedding. I was nervous and anxious. Shermin assured me the machines were gentle and he was very patient with me. Megan also was so friendly and sensed I was nervous. She spent time walking me through the process, she also advised their team looks at the dress prior to cleaning and after to ensure beads are in place. I received my dress today. The stains are out and it’s sparkling. Thank you both! SO much appreciation. Job well done.

Big fan of this location. I have been to several other cleaners before and always ran into problems with clothes shrinking or stains not being removed. At Dove they give you back your items in the best condition, and you never have a problem. Me and my family were so happy to find a place that’s so professional and friendly.

I went to drop off my winter coat for dry cleaning. The girl at the front noticed that two of my buttons were missing and told me they would sew them on. So, I handed her the buttons which came with the coat. It was all good.It took them four days to get my coat done but when I did get it back, I noticed they had sewed on completely different buttons and they looked really bad with the coat. I called them up and the guy on the phone said he will take care of it. I had to make a trip back to the store just to show them how the original buttons looked and the guy was like do you know what the girl did with the buttons?". After two days they found the buttons and finally I am getting them fixed. Made another trip to drop off my coat again.I would have been happy if I wouldn't have to make so many trips. Also

Dove Cleaners is the type of dry cleaners you would entrust your wedding dress to...in fact, I DID! And marvelous job (at prices that reflected the care it took to clean it)! However, if you are looking for run-of-the-mill cleaning on clothing that is neither special nor expensive, I would NOT recommend this shop. I brought an inexpensive simple black knee-length polyester sheath dress to the shop and found it curious they did not have prices posted. The response to my question of price was not really an answer (i.e., 'our prices are standard/comparable to other quality cleaners'). Imagine my shock at the sticker price of $60 (BEFORE taxes) for dry cleaning a plain, unadorned, sheath dress that I could have ironed myself....and which cost me $50! Lesson learned. If prices are not posted, and it's not an heirloom or wedding piece...you are better off elsewhere (unless you can afford to pay their exorbitant prices).
