The staff at this location are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! This ticket office has adequate seating and a restroom, it’s very clean inside also. My first trip with red arrow was a great experience definitely worth the extra cost vs other services. The seats are comfortable and the amenities make the trip easier. The seats on the left are the best option for max legroom and comfort, it’s worth the extra $$. The wifi in the bus is nothing amazing but get the job done.

Very poor customer service. The guy on The reception don’t know how to deal With customer and he talk Very rudely when we ask questions regarding the ticket. Feel so bad to see this and willNever go back there. If I get an option I would give zero star to that receptionist

Took the red arrow from Edmonton to Calgary. No leg room, in fact I had to position my legs outside of my seat. I’m only 5’7”, can’t imagine if I was any taller. I got a seat that was in reclining position and would not go to uptight (even the bus driver tried to move it and couldn’t.) so you can imagine how uncomfortable the ride was.Very very uncomfortable and disappointing.Someone on bus said this was one of the old buses…….. maybe red arrow needs to get rid of them….. dissatisfied customer.

Was excited to enjoy the Elvis movie but audio was not matching movie on any of the channels so finally gave up. Wifi not working with my laptop either. Water & snacks, pleasant ride overall.

Overall this was a great way to travel. The seats were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, a good variety of complimentary snacks and the price for their tickets are fair. I will definitely ride with Red Arrow again!

The person working there allowed herself to pick my coat up from the seat next to mine, to see if i was hiding things under like i'm dishonnest, and drop my glasses in the process, but i guess it's ok because she said it's fine"...I'm fed up with Red Arrow

Took red arrow from edmonton to calgary. Movie didn't play at all, every bus I've ever taken stops for 10 minutes in red deer but this driver wouldn't let anyone off the bus in red deer. Overpriced trip, and although they offer snacks which I love, doesn't look like it's been filled up in a while. I'll book with rider express from here on out, cleaner bus, friendlier staff and they actually stop.

I would said this location of red arrow has the best customer service I have ever had before with red arrow!! Megan, the girl who helped me and my aunt with patience and helping us to figures out the problem. Thank you Megan, and I would love to take red arrow with this location because of her!!!
