Lido Windows and Doors exceeded my expectations, they really did an amazing job with the replacement of my windows and doors. The new ones they replaced are modern and perfect for the renovation I had with my house. Highly recommended.

I am from Cambridge and our friend recommand Lido to us.We replace all our windows and front door. Good price and great service. Marco and Osca did the installation job, they are very professional and did a great job.Mario (the ownder) is also very responsebile. We missed a window screen and had a very tiny issue with the door. He drove all the way from Vaughan himself and fix it right away.I would recommand them to anyone who wants to have their windoes/door done.

Lido's company is always corporate with our company. They have really good service and high quality of the product. The company could depends on the customers' requirements to finish different kinds of doors and windows. The time is quick.

BUYER BEWARE - Doors and windows from hell.Under the advisement of my general contractor who is related to the owner, Mario, we decided to go with Lido Windows and Doors.The experience was terrible. In total we ordered 3 basement windows, basement entry door and main floor entry door.Every, and I mean every installation they performed resulted in significant re-work due to misalignment, drafts, and just plain negligence.Basement Door:The basement door was poorly installed, as you can see there is still a significant gap at the top of the door. The installer didn't seal this, resulting in critters coming through that gap and wind drafts.The door was also unsealed at the bottom which allowed water to seep through. The installer came back to resolve that, but left the top portion unfinished.Basement Windows:The basement windows were poorly installed as well. As you can see from the pictures the installer left a very large gap.This was supposed to have been addressed by Mario with the installation of a mold or casing. Instead, Mario sent his installer back who smeared sealant ALL OVER including all over the brick.After much back and forth a new installer was sent who didn't do much more than throw a large amount of caulking around the gaps. Leaving the mess from the other installer behind.All, and I mean ALL of the products installed by Lido windows have been nothing but poorly installed, leaky and a nightmare.Customer Service:I'd like to address this part or lack thereof. For months I went back and forth with Mario and his receptionist, Carolina.For months I would continue to follow up on callback’s that were promised but never performed. Each time I was given a song and dance about how important customer service is to Mario, but they were just words.More than a year later, I have incomplete windows, sloppy finishing and leaky windows.

The staff at Lido Windows and Door are very professional. I recently bought a house on the lake with large windows that a lot of companies couldn't do. Lido Windows and Doors did it with perfection. I highly recommend them as they have amazing customer service and amazing product.

Amazing window profile and guys who did install all my windows last year. They finished over 30 windows and have them installed in 3 weeks. All windows are working perfectly. The sales guy was the one of best we had ever met. Keep it up, nice company, nice people.
