Dr.Lawason is very detail oriented and knowledgeable, extremely skillful about his job, helped me to obtain a precise prescription and guided me about the expected changes to my vision experience with new glasses. I would highly recommend this place for eye exams.

They take the time to explain things to you, and let you take your time choosing your frames.. there was no pressure to buy anything out of budget and everyone was friendly. I was only just starting my watch for new glasses. I’m shopping on a budget. I’d already been to a couple places and said I was just starting to look and enquire about prices and told them what I was looking for. They gave me a price. No options for different prices and pointed me in the direction of the type of frames I was looking for. Didn’t even keep an eye on me in case I had questions. At doc optical, she sat me down, we discussed the different options of lens quality. She went with me to the glasses and helped me with my decision. I have very dark circles under my eyes and am self-concious of them. And was avoiding certain glasses that I really liked. She pointed out that they really aren’t that dark or noticeable. I think that helped me realize that they really had gotten lighter. She also explained why I had been having so many issues with my current glasses, besides the old prescription in the lenses. The fact that she took the time to go over everything with me, knowing I was only just starting my search, was the reason I bought. I also really liked the glasses.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their customer service and attention to the needs of the patients is second to none. Definitely the kind of service that is sadly difficult to find these days.

Amy and Lawson are great! They make sure to communicate their findings and explain your condition in an easy and clear way. They are super friendly and helpful. You feel like you know them forever. Great service and highly competent. Specially in this unprecedented situation with COVID-19. They make sure to provide the best service without compromising safety by sanitising everything from chairs to glasses to equipments after every patient or customer. I highly recommend them!
