Mastermind Toys

I purchased lego at the store but during the transaction, there was an error with their receipt Printer. They issued me a handwritten receipt and said there was an issue with their computer. I left my details with them just in case.Once I’d returned home, they contacted me to verify if I’d been charged and requested that I return to the store before closing so that they could refund and recharge me and close out their till before they closed the store. They said they would give me a 10% discount for my trouble. I opted to take a screenshot of my banking account so that I could show that everything my end was ok and promptly returned as requested.On arrival, they said it was a tech issue and that there was nothing they could do. I then left again without a receipt and without said discount.The staff were polite and apologetic. I'm just glad my time and gas were free.

i went in to shop at mastermind toys for some squishmallows. also to see if my old roommate was working. the entire time i was in the store, the store manager would not take his eyes off of me. i believe that i do not give off the appearance of someone that would steal. it made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where i barely got to look for what i went in for in the first place and just ended up leaving the store. nor did i even get the chance to ask anyone if my old roommate was there. i really was not impressed. i understand that employees need to need to watch over the customers in the store, but not to the extent of making you so uncomfortable that you have to leave the store almost immediately.

I work here and it's a awesome experience and pleasure to work in such a friendly place.

Great selection of QUALITY toys for all ages. They carry Lori dolls and horses. The staff is amazing. They are very friendly, cheerful, in good spirits, and of course great with kids! Best toy store in town.

This place is a fantastic spot to shop for toys, books, and other items for kids. What makes it even better is that they have a special parking area exclusively for expecting mothers. Additionally, they offer an extensive selection of toys, including a variety of summer-themed options. Dealing with active children who want to run around everywhere can be a bit overwhelming, but here's the interesting part: they provide complimentary gift packing , which was a real time-saver for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the best part is that when I visited on a Saturday morning, it wasn't crowded at all.

What an awesome store! My son loves to come in and check out the new toys especially the train set. The big giraffe was a hit. Great staff! Keep up the great work.

Great book collection as well as Montessori style toys, but they no longer carry schleich figurines, which is what we were looking for.Kind and welcoming staff.

Wonderful toy store where you can get everything for anyone regardless of age. Staff works tremendously hard to make sure they can fit the right toy, gift or book to the right customer and always wants them to leave with a smile on their faces. The extra crafting activities and stations that happen throughout the year help spark interest in future toys among children. A huge benefit to mastermind toys is the Perks Loyalty program where your children can get FREE birthday gifts! How cool!!
