I had a wonderful experience and below are my reasons;1. The staff are welcoming and happy to see you. Dr. Chantal is very professional and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain what she is doing and how it affects the body.2. The office is very clean and all the equipment used is clean.3. Direct billing so you don't have to pay and later on claim.4. Office is in an accessible location.5. They are easy to reach in case you have questions or want to speak to them.6. Prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly staff and calm environment. Great location. I hadn’t had a massage in a few years and Jennifer was fantastic. Definitely book for yourself or as a Christmas/birthday gift for someone.

Thought I wouldnt have to explain but apparently it's too much work to look at my email.I missed some appointments due to covid and the owner of this establishment contacted my insurance company, in what I can only assume was an attempt to have my coverage taken away. Never had me sign for any of my appointments, now months later I am being threatened with being sent to collections because they left everything to the last minute. I am more than willing to sign any documents they want me to sign but am unable to get to Belleville as I am on vacation. I have offered to sign via email and nothing has been said, radio silence. Hows that girls? Was that clear enough? Can we resolve this issue?

I can only give 5 stars??? They are gold stars ALL DAY LONG! From expertise, availability, location to the most pleasant people to engage with, B of Q checks all the boxes of a great experience. And tbh, there are no 'checked boxes' - you are unique and the care is personal. No hesitation in recommending their services! Added bonus: billing is done straight to my benefit plan! Arrive excited for treatment and leave feeling like you are ready to tackle anything!

Amazing office! I can’t say enough about my experience so far. There are many reasons I will recommend BOQ physical rehab - the day I called I was fit into Chantal’s schedule so she could assess my pain and come up with a plan to help me get better. Appointments are available when I can go. Every single staff will greet you with a smile and genuine concern for your well being. Every question I ask is answered with great depth and understanding. Direct billing is so convenient, the office is very accessible, and Charlie makes my day when I walk through the door. The space is beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. I trust that every time I have an appointment I will leave feeling better!

How nice to be greeted by Charlie. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The clean facility is in a central location with plenty of parking. Chantel is thorough in assessing the problem, and working through the treatment to heal it.

Professional service en français (Physio) and English. Jen, the massage therapist is one of the best I have encounter. Chantal, the physiotherapist, treated my 10 year old daughter and was absolutely perfect with her caring and professional. Recommend 100%.
