CSN NORRIS SMITH

Got my 2015 Ford F-150 back yesterday from Norris Smyth. Insurance job so expected everything to look the way it did before my driver side was backed into.Went out to inspect the truck and there is still damage they refused to fix inside the drivers door.John Boudreau came out to inspect the damage originally when we took it there he recommended I tell the insurance adjuster a bag of rocks fell down between the door and the inside cab which was not the case and sounded kind of shady.Most importantly the rim that I stressed needed to be replaced they basically scratched it up worse then it originally was. Said they polished it and it looks worse then before. They thought it looked great.Waited two weeks to get my truck with no rental as apparently there is a rental shortage.Never dealt with this company. They seemed reputable but I was wrong. Wish I’d have taken it somewhere else.Highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else if you care about it because this job was definitely not done right at all.

Just want to give a shout out to Greg Sherman, the new manager (previously from Zenetch Tiffin St. Barrie), for his really phenomenal customer service in his actions and the coordination he did to get my car repair finished and my car back to me. He went above and beyond to do it and relieve me of great frustration. Kudos. Much appreciated.

The service and the people that helped me out were fantastic. And a great place to take your vehicle if in accident or get a rust check

Just had some body work done on my black car after someone hit it. It looks immaculate. The service was fast, and amazing. They also detailed my car and it was such a treat to pick her up and fresh and clean. I will absolutely be recommending them.

I went over here because my mother had hit a pole with her truck, it was mostly cosmetic damage and I can see that but it really bothered her that it looked that way.The man that helped me was extremely nice and he took the paint off from the pole and didn't charge us for it. Came home and we busted out a little bit shy and it up and it looks perfect.Very very friendly and helpful extremely nice and I am very happy!!! Great people!

Had an minor accident March 2020, and was told to take the truck to the closest accident repair shop. Because this was the begining of the COVID pandemic I understood that it was delayed a few months. But when I come in every month for 7 months after the accident, calling every week, don't lie to me and tell me we just ordered the parts

Was here to fix my car which was involved in a collision. Excellent customer service and fixed in the given time. Car looks like brand new. Would recommend without a second thought.
