Service is usually excellent. Food is always great.See revised review:But this time the in store customers were ignored in favour of the drive through. Time was 2:30.Revised review:Big drive thru line but I still got very fast service. Amazing!!!

Great dinner experience. We really enjoyed this A&W Restaurant, our first time to this location. The food was fast, hot and delicious. The restaurant was so clean and the staff were amazing. Thank-you.

Excellent service, used coupon on last day before expiry. This A&W location has always been friendly, clean and provides great service. The location on Hwy 6 would not take the coupons and staffed by young inexperienced people. Best place to go is Anderson Way!

Our first time at this A&W, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The windows and floors were spotless, tables clean, and there were no lineups. Jaspheet (hope I spelled it right) gave us the best service. He was so friendly and polite. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the food was delicious.

Is the 6 am to 9pm and the sweet potatoes and dont forget the super friendly service they have in this store at the 97 at Vernon.Is the most expensive fast food and one of the worts coffee but you can rely on them

Airconditioning wasn't working. The display on the till doesn't work. The food was not the quality I have expected from A&W. Onion rings were not great the burger either. Then again with no airconditioning what should one expect

I frequent the Anderson way store due to a family member in dialysis and it’s proximity to the treatment centre. The staff here is always welcoming, polite and happy, my food is always prompt fresh and dine just right. As fast food joints go this location is worth your time.

Vernon store on Anderson Way, Bea was particularly lovely.Food is always fast and delicious. My daughter and I really appreciate the service (and that I didn't have to cook dinner after a particularly long day)My daughter is a vegetarian so that Beyond Meat Burger is a delight.Thank you

It is much safer than the one near Polson Park!I came in at 5pm and it was empty. No one else was dining in. One family came in after me to dine in.They were fairly efficient with my Beyond Meat burger and diet root beer. Current price is 10.79. It's about 12 bucks for the combo (burger, drink, fries).The best part is they didn't ask if I wanted cheese for an extra cost. I find it much more honest when the onus is on the customer to request cheese.It's so quiet and peaceful in here compared to eating in at other fast food joints.Burger and my soda both lived up to the nostalgic A and W taste.Super duper ultra clean in here too!My wait for my burger and drink was five minutes. The drive thru was busy so obviously that's gonna be prioritized before the dine in folk.
