The guy in charge today sent me back home because he couldn’t use any of my two credit cards. I used them before to rent cars with budget and other car rental companies. Instead of doing his job properly he preferred to try to convince me they weren’t credit cards. I just feel he couldn’t be bothered because these are foreign credit cards.What a shame and a waste of my time.

Decent service at Budget rental. Not that many cars or vehicles for selection or availability, although what they did have was very nice.Unlimited kilometers on this rental that allowed travel to anywhere that I wanted to travel.Look into vehicles in advance, relatively close to the airport.

I highly recommend this Budget truck rental. I was able to book a truck on one of the busiest moving weekends of the year when the other big self-moving rental company was out of vehicles. Their rates were very competitive and service was courteous and very professional.

We arrived very late in the day, just before midnight. After a long flight and lost luggage we were quite tired. Mercy, the Budget representative, was patient and understanding and eventually steered us through the process of signing up to Budget’s Fast Break program and got us a discount. That was very much appreciated.

Great customer service! Would highly recommend. I was planning a family trip to Vancouver and was needing an SUV with lots of space for 4days. After talking with Bastin he recommended high end ford explorer . The car was very clean, very spacious, highly maintained and with an affordable price.

Renting a car is usually a struggle.I had been welcomed by Bastian at this office.I will remember this rental as the best customer experience renting a car.He even permitted us to drop the car at the airport as we were flying very early morning and that was really helpful.I had the vehicle category I booked. Car was brand new with a high trim. (Bastian let me choose between two models available)I’ll need to rent car again in the future in Calgary and it’ll be 100% at this agency.The only thing was that the car didn’t have snow tires but all terrain. Still nothing dangerous for someone driving with good sens.Thanks again and see you next time !
