If 0 stars was an option, I would choose that!InterPC was contracted to come out and do a “survey” at our property and see if there was good signal to their towers. After having contacted InterPC themselves over a year ago for internet services, I was shocked to hear the same response last week, that there STILL was no room on their “panel” for another customer. They did not hesitate to charge me an $85 “call out fee” JUST to tell me they couldn’t provide us internet. Ridiculous charge for absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money. Definitely don’t recommend!

Sells you equipment that doesn't need to be replaced. Telus sends them. Do not ever get this guy to do anything. Paid them but have not received my actual bill.

If I could give this company zero stars, than I would. I got charged for an invoice ebill dated, January 30th 2020, two days Before the date that I had originally scheduled to have the internet hookup installation, on February 1st 2020 as I was busy throughout the week and wouldn't be able to have someone be at my unit residence until I returned home in the afternoon of Friday January 31st 2020, so I wanted the scheduled internet hookup to be when I would be home as I have no one else that could be in my home when I am not there. So I called up InterPC.ca aka Xplorenet and requested for the scheduled internet hookup on February 1st to be canceled and also to cancel my invoice ebill, as I will Not and I also refuse to pay that bill. I am appalled that a utility company would charge a customer a bill prior to the hookup installation. Sincerely Sarah Legendre.

Like everyone else has said if we could leave zero stars we would. Clearly they care about money more then anything as we received three phone calls to confirm we knew they only accepted cash or e-transfer. Nothing about booking a time for service. Then once they did set a time it was a 3 day window!!! When we tried to narrow down the time to even one day all we had on the other end was rude and unprofesional behaviour. Based on this companies behaviour we cancelled our internet with Xplornet and made sure their customer service department knew it was 100% the result of the treatment we received from this company.

I was very pleased with the service we received yesterday. We have had the same on going issues with Xplornet for sometime with intermittent to no service. This time a technician from Inter PC came out and took the time to correctly diagnose and solve the problem. Thank you!!

Andy was very professional and set up our internet within an hour. We had originally been set up with Interpc didn't upsell, did really great work, very knowledgeable. If you're from Niagara I highly suggest InterPC, over their competitors.

Poor customer service, waited for 2 weeks for a call to fix internet, they called on a random weekend while i was out and couldn't be present, then they cancelled entirely without giving notice. Would not reccommend.

After 9 days of having a work order from Xplore he still couldn't give me a firm date when he was coming. What a waste of space this company is. Have no clue what customer service is. Never called me once to update me. I had to call him and get the latest excuse every day.

Sold a faulty device. Called to get it replaced and said would be a service fee. Owner who answered the phone incredibly rude. Unbelievable behaviour. Never will use them again. Stay away!
