Conrad and his guys were great having rebuilt 2 chimneys on my century home property as well as tear down another, repairing/matching the existing roofing material perfectly. I was impressed with how neat and clean they left the property in between workdays and how whenever we talked about changes or additions they just did it without me having to remind them about what we had talked about. They also did some other repairs of the brick around the property as well and did a great job matching the mortar and the brick to the best of their abilities. I would happily recommend them.

I had Conrad do some work on my house last year. I was about to write a glowing review then, but decided to wait a year (and a winter) to see how it held up. Well, here i am a year later and the work looks as good as it did the day it was done. Conrad was great to work with. Showed up when he said he would, got the work done in the time stated, and was exactly the cost quoted and discussed. All in all it was a great experience. If and when i need more masonry work done this will be my first call.

An amazing company! Conrad was professional, knowledgeable and totally committed to the repair/restoration of my heritage bank barn foundation. He communicated regularly throughout the project. His team were also very committed and the the project was completed in a timely manner ...and they really did clean-up...so impressive! Conrad and his crew performed excellent work on my parents house. Repairs included rebuilding / bricking the porch and re-pointing numerous spots on the 55 year old home. The work is quality and performed with care. The old brick texture and colour was matched. We are all happy with the work and will use this company again!

Royal Masonry came out to our property to take down chimney below the roof line in November. When we got home the shingles were wavy not flat to the roof. We contacted Conrad at Royal Masonry to let him know of the job that was done. Conrad said it needed heat in the summer to flatten the shingles and they would be fine. Since than we have water damage in out KITCHEN and BATHROOM. We have had a second company come out and told us the job was not done properly. We have pictures of the shingles not over lapping. Ice shield did not cover roof decking. Now our insulation is wet and moldy. Drywall needs to be redone in kitchen and bathroom. Conrad claims he sent crew to fix roof yesterday at 10 am for 4 hrs. Backyard was locked with no entry to backyard and my husband was home at 11:30 am, during the time span that he had crew apparently fixing our roof and nobody was there. My husband did find a roofing nail on the deck when he stepped on it with his bare foot, luckily it was laying on its side. not pleased

Excellent customer service skills, prompt reply to any communication, arriving on time, starting the job exactly when planned, maintaining a tidy work site, and finishing on time and on budget. Each one of the employees were polite, respectful and willing and able to answer any and all my questions. The stone repointing was completed with no interruption to my business. Most importantly the work was done meticulously, beautifully and historically accurately on my 1800’s stone cottage. Highly recommend!
