It's about what you expect from a Tim Horton's. I'm disappointed that they have an EV charger but it's just sat broken for months with no indication of its status; I expect more from Tim Hortons.

Best Tim Hortons ever in Tillsonburg! Only because Paige and Parker are the bets two employees!! They are always so helpful when I go in. Parker and Paige even used there tips on me because my card declined, my order was 3 dollar and I had 6 dollars in the bank but their machine broke….But credits to those two kind individuals. I only go there because of them now! Give them a raise!

Best timmies in tillsonberg. They stay open the latest in tillsonberg. They have not messed up my order yet unlike the other ones in tillsonberg. Plus yhe window by the drive through is fun to sit by watching all the cars go by.

Ordered a BELT, and they only gave me bacon and egg. No lettuce or tomato. Coffee often tastes like water

Always get it right so polite the employees ask you how you are and care that they did your order correctly it’s refreshing to see the caring attitudes these employees have :) I’m delighted and leave smiling everytime there on average two times a day will continue to be regular customer only ever had one issue with my chipotle bowl and they apologized and replaced coffee is always done right :)

Do not work for this Tim Hortons!!!! They have horrible management!!!!! I got fired on my day off without even being at work, only to work more then half of my shift the day after my day off. No reason for being fired at all. They want you to come in when you are really sick and contagious to make coffee and take customer's orders. I had a family medical emergency and call in the same night but got in trouble for doing so. The workers only get a 30 minute break for an 8 hour shift and half the time I never got told to go for break until I said something.
