On The Run - Dry Cleaning & Alterations

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with On the Run - Dry Cleaning & Alterations that left me feeling accused, disrespected, and without resolution. I brought in two white shirts to be cleaned by this particular establishment, hoping for a professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a nightmare that I feel compelled to share.Upon collecting my shirts, I immediately noticed that both of them were ruined. They had prominent stains and discoloration that was not present when I initially dropped them off. Shocked and upset, I calmly approached the service provider to address the issue and find a solution. However, instead of offering assistance or even an apology, the staff member immediately accused me of deliberately sabotaging my own shirts.To my disbelief, the staff member even went as far as insinuating that I had put acid on the shirts myself. This accusation was not only baseless but also highly unprofessional and offensive. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and the aggressive manner in which I was treated. I had come in with a genuine concern, seeking a resolution, and instead, I was met with hostility.To add insult to injury, the service provider accused me of attempting to scam them, suggesting that my complaint and dissatisfaction were part of an elaborate plan to avoid paying for their services. Such an accusation is not only unfounded but also insulting to my integrity as a customer. It is deeply disheartening to be treated this way after trusting a business with my valuable clothing items.The complete lack of professionalism and customer service in this situation was truly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and working towards a solution, the service provider chose to deflect blame and make unjust accusations. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding when a problem arises.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this service provider. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes, coupled with their accusatory and disrespectful behavior, makes it evident that their priority lies elsewhere. It is regrettable that my experience was marred by such unprofessionalism, and I hope that this review serves as a warning to others seeking reliable and respectful service.

Used them once so far but was very pleased. They work out of a townhouse but they cleaned my dress shirts like a professional dry cleaner.
