I usually resist negative posting reviews, but once again, the Dalhousie location was consistent with disappointment, whether it is short staffing or machines nonfunctional. Too bad as there is only one location in town.

Some patrons can be noisy, so we don't stay long. But the staff are great and kind, and fun to talk to.

Food isn't gourmet obviously but its still very good and would recommend the Turkey Bacon club. Service is friendly and patient.

When you order a French vanilla it's never topped up and your paying for a size lower than what you ordered. There's 2 rude staff members, one staff members refuses to make the mobile orders that pop up and makes you wait. The service here has gone down extremely bad since new management.

Cashier is always alone .no one helps the cashier .it's pitiful and makes for a long line up .

Overall they're really great. Staff is always so friendly. A few times I've ordered steeped tea though only to drive away and find out it's coffee ☹️ I'm not a coffee drinker. If I find the time to go back later in the day when this happens they do replace my drink for free which I appreciate!
