Lawyer Manu Batish has been very helpful. Manu is very accessible and dependable when it comes your legal needs. Drop by his office and chat when ever you want. He has helped me in my legal family needs along with real state needs as well. I would say he is all in one, one of the best lawyers you can have with very reasonable charges/costs comparing to a lot of other lawyers we have in the city. He is also very knowledgeable and understanding.

Do not go to Manu Batish. He promised to deliver our real estate documents in two weeks but took more than 5 months. He was not responding to my calls or messages. When he finally answers the call, he would ask for the address and promise that he will look into it and again leave you in the dark. He did this multiple times. In the end when he finally gets our document together, he blames his assistant for not giving a call back. He needs to get his act together. If you want a peaceful and stress free process, find a different lawyer.
