Getting estimate on repair work for my vehicle through my insurance..have to wait to see the price tag...quick and efficient help first visit

Your website says you are open til noon on Saturdays but when I should up well before noon. You were closed very disappointing. Don't really want to give you a 1 star but your not open when you say you are.

I could not be happier that I chose car star to repair my vehicle after a tree fell on it. My repairs were done ahead of schedule, everything was discussed with me, they called me weekly to update me on progress, set up my rental, and did all the dealing with my insurance. Pam was a pleasure to deal with and she kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you to all of the staff at car star!!

I went into this fine shop to get some body damage repaired on my vehicle. Pam and Holly were very welcoming and informative as to the steps I would have to follow to get it done. The body shop (Brad and the crew) did a fantastic job within a short span of a few days. My repaired vehicle looks like it was just driven off of the showroom floor. Thank you all again for an excellent job from start to finish.

After my car accident my insurance company sent my car here to be repaired. Great company they kept me up-to-date on what was happening what needed done and were efficient and quick and getting it done. When I got my car back, it was clean detailed and looking good thanks again CARSTAR.

Brought my car here after a collision and they did great work! My windshield was damaged, but missed during the initial estimate appraisal. They took my car back and repaired my windshield without any problems! Would definitely recommend. Friendly service!

Took my car there to get fixed. They had quick professional service, some slight imperfections to my car upon receiving it and they made it right no problem. Would recommend!

Had someone sideswipe my truck. Insurance recommended going to carstar in simcoe so that's what I did. , they had the truck for 2 weeks and called me to say it was done, I go to pick it up and the work that was done was not of any quality so I pointed these areas out to them, they got my truck back in a week later and said they would fix it, they had it for another week and called me to say it's done, again there were things not done right, so again a week later they got it back in, by this point I'm starting to get very frustrated, I get the truck back a few days later and again still not right, I had enough and instead of fighting to get it done right I took it and traded it in, while the office staff were great to deal with and I would give then 5 stars for that, the actual work done to the vehicle was horrible, would not recommend this branch.

Excellent service so far took truck in for repairs as we hit a deer. Will update after repairs are finished. Holly and Tammy were great to deal with as they did greeting and estimate.
