Regina Dental Group - Cornwall Dental

From my most recent visit to this office (Feb. 2023) - Always courteous professional staff, however I was somewhat disappointed that patients are not required to wear masks anymore in the waiting area. I realize the pandemic has changed and evolved and vaccination rates are high, however in a health setting, I believe mandatory mask wearing is still necessary as we are not out of this pandemic yet.

Came for second opinion and they give us professional service and we felt comfortable. Only recommend the things that are really need to be done! We are very happy!

I went in for a root canal and it was fine at first, but then the freezing began to wear off. I was refrozen and the dentist let me know to raise a hand if I was in any pain afterwards — and I did, but he told me to ‘just bear it’ and what followed was easily the worst pain I’ve felt in my life. I was crying and shaking by the time it was over. The dental assistant was super sweet and did his best, but I just wish the dentist himself didn’t ignore my pain.

I have been going to this dental office for well over 30 years. In the last number of years it has been a revolving door for dentists stationed here. Sometimes when I go for my appointment I am only provided with my oral care but there is no dentist available for my twice yearly check-up. This is extremely frustrating because my expectation is that the dentist will be there to inspect my teeth in addition to my cleaning. It is not convenient to have to schedule another appointment just to do that. When I booked this last appointment I made a point of telling the admin that I specifically wanted the dentist to be present. I realize that since that occurred, the dentist changed again. I also learned at this last appointment that the dentist is only present on Monday and Tuesday of each week. Very disappointing to have to deal with that situation. In fairness, the staff is very efficient and my hygienist was excellent.

My second time here - the first was amazing. I learned that the dentist I had visited has moved. I came in for a cleaning this time. From the time I arrived the hygienist was saying she could not do a good job as she did not have enough time - before she even looked at my teeth. Then she kept upselling" me and trying to book another visit. She first said the dentist would not have time to visit me then not enough time to do polish - in the end it was all done in 45 mins. When I go the bill it was $320... when I asked to see the breakdown the hygienist had added units that she did not do. The from den removed 1 unit - still soaking me for $280 for a basic cleaning .. fool me once shame on you ..."

I have never been to any dentist until I saw Dr. Kaur. It was really a wonderful experience with the team. Dr. Kaur is extremely polite and calm and never rush the things. She is the best I would say in term of taking care of her patient and following up with them. The front staff is so nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kaur for any dental questions.

This is the best dentists office I have ever been to. The receptionists are friendly and willing to answer any questions(or point you in the right direction) and figure out scheduling. The hygienists are kind and knowledgeable. And the dentist that I have there is incredible.

They make everything so easy here. From the multiple reminders to the insurance forms submission process. The dentist and dental assistant were so good with my son and made the experience as positive as possible for him.

My experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly and considerate.

I have had a good fortune of having Dr.Amritpal kaur as my dentist. I have got my two extractions, fillings etc done from her and even she has taken care of my entire family. We trust her work and her advice completely, and all of her work has been outstanding. We highly recommend!!
