Business hours in google maps says it’s open.Outdoors say open 7 days.Shop is closed…I guess I’ll buy parts on Amazon.

They are very kind, and explaine important things I need.

You should probably take that big sign that says “Open 7 days a week” down. Just went to the store and the store front is closed at 11:00 am

Charged me $189 for a part that cost $89 from Napa auto parts just down the road, $100 to rebead 4 tires, and of course 19.95 for the mythical shop supplies which occurs on EVERY bill. Will not go back.

This is an update to a previously not so great review,recently i purchased a full brake set for my car. got halfway through the job only to find pads that were wrong. now i was a dummy and lost my receipt. queue the return fiasco. i was refused service for lack of receipt with no options for what i could do.i will say this, IT WAS POLICY the employee was only doing things by the book, they weren't nessecarily wrong in that.however the policy is either outdated or it is definitely not a policy that serves the customer,now the resolveafter calling Napa head office i got a call back from Tim the sackville store manager, we discussed what happened and the problems with the policy, it was a very frank and reasonable discussion. he found my receipt in the system and arranged for me to do my exchange to ensure i got back on the road. believe me it is very much appreciated!more importantly it turns out that the brakes in that box didn't belong on that box, the staff had picked the correct part number from the shelf but maybe the manufacturer made an error in packaging?shout out to Brian the sales staff that served me both times, he follows the rules and is a good employee for it!anyway 4 stars they owned up to the issue and fixed it for me! I'll update to 5 stars when i see an update to the aging return policy!

Friendly and helpful staff. Been here a few times. Helped me change my wiper blades in the rain!

Need to update your hours. In Sackville ns. Store closes at 5 not 6.

If you want to pay more and have a few guys talk to you like their is air between your ears and nothing else great place to shop. If not I suggest going elsewhere
