Tyler and Mike replaced & upgraded our sump pump system, arrived on time, Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything before and after the he'd finished the job. The site was left spotless, didn't even know he'd been here. Would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs you may have !!!

We had zero water pressure so I contacted Tyler. He responded right away and had Jamie sent to my home within a couple hours. He diagnosed the problem and ended up replacing my pressure tank and well pump. All pricing was discussed up front and all the work was completed in a few hours. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

My scenario is this: Long weekend at cottage. Emergency septic problem. Sewage pump failure. Cottage loaded with many family and guests = big problem. And even though Tyler was on vacation he still managed to arrange an emergency visit with his colleague Mike. The problem was identified and Mike went over and above the call of duty to ensure all was fixed the right way. Both guys are great. They did amazing job fixing our old house faucets and removing and installing a tub. It was a good experience through a frustrating time and they were reasonably priced and easy to get a hold of.

Tyler responded fast to my call and they came back when the problem need more attention. They got it done fast and professional they always offer excellent quality and excellent value. Even though its right around Christmas time and things are a bit tight. Tyler worked with us so we could have water with no problems over the holidays. We had Jamie replace our well pump and a new pressure tank along with a pump system re-pipe. I didn't realise how much pressure I was missing till I took my 1st shower. An amazing team at Drain Right Now! After having no water coming out of our faucets, our friends referred us to Drain Right Now and I'm glad they did. Tyler was most helpful, kind and reassuring. He provided options for the job (well pump replacement) and a sense of price so as to not shock us in the end, but very honest and forthcoming. I had an emergency situation with my septic. Tyler returned my call almost immediately. He referred me to a business that would pump my septic tank, in the winter, so they could take a look at the issue. Mike came out once the tank was pumped, listen to the history of my problem and offered a number of options. He was transparent with cost estimates and outcomes. After some discussion we agreed upon a plan. They came out on the scheduled date and had the job completed within a day. They were extremely professional, hardworking and left the job site clean and tidy. They saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
