Attended the sleep clinic and the techs and Luca were funny and welcoming. Definitely clean rooms, comfortable and I felt sleepy right away.Location is easy to find and the app based information is quick to fill out. I was comfortable and looking forward to an excellent might of sleep

Amazing place, wonderful, kind and helpful staff. Would highly recommend it here. Beds are nice, good enough to fall asleep on I slept so much better actually 7 hours when I did not think I could sleep at all. It is a strange experience but they got the information that was needed to help treat me and I am sleeping improved by so much.

I have very good experience with Oakville PEAK Sleep Clinic. The clinic is clean and feels like a comfy home bed and not like a sterile uncomfortable hospital where I did my study before at the Oakville hospital. My doctors appointment was on good time and I felt everything was very well explained and they gave me handouts that helped me to remember the important points about my apnea. I have been booked for a second study which I am attending now and look fwd to feeling better.

Hopeless trying to call to make an appointment due to seemingly endless Please hold" messages. An indication of the current wait time would have been helpful. While I can fully appreciate that they are busy

This clinic is an exceptional place for handling sleep related studies and providing comfort and a great environment while obtaining data. The staff is exemplary and very courteous and yet very gentle and patient in explaining and guiding the procedures and processes ar the clinic. Dr Raoof was a pleasure to discuss options with and the overall experience with staff, equipment and the overall experience is outstanding. Rooms are too cold and individual thermostats would work well.

I knew going in for a sleep study I probably wouldn’t get great sleep, having never done one before.The staff and technicians at Oakville’s Peak Sleep location made it very comfortable to get settled in. I’m a light sleeper; so I did wake up quite a few of times in the night. But they got enough information for my sleep study, and I heard back from them with a review by the end of the month; so about a four week wait. And I’m back for a further study based on their findings and I chose the same location. Still concerned I won’t sleep through the night, but that’s part of why I’m here. Worth getting tests done and worth getting them done here.Best advice I can give, if there’s anything you use to help you sleep at night, let the staff know so they can help accommodate you. They’re very friendly and answer questions readily.

Very good experience at this location. They made accomodations for my ASD concerns for the overnight stay.

Most pleasant experience during the appointment for my dad and myself. The stuff work here are super nice and professional. My dad doesn’t understand English they have scheduled both of us in for the same day. So I could help him the understand the whole process. They made it so simple and easy to follow. The doctor was very patience for giving me enough time to translate to my dad. Thank you Peaksleep for doing a wonderful job!

Editing my review: the peak sleep staff for the study were exceptional. Now that I have my machine and I’m having difficulty I cannot get an appointment with the doctor for help and the place I purchased the machine from needs me to get changes made by the doctor at the clinic. I’m extremely frustrated with this process. It’s like after they get the payment then you’re on your own.Nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed. Would recommend this location. Some orthopedic pillows would be helpful.

Excellent experience. The technician was professional: attentive, knowledgeable, kind. I was able to relax and get to sleep.
