We were having difficulties finding a place to board our cat for 1 day and they were able to accommodate us quickly, with last minute a change of date, as well as change of drop off/pickup times with no issue (thank you). The cat kennel (large) was too small for our large cat - had it just been an open kennel without any climbing platforms (or fewer) it would have worked better for him (he is older and doesn't jump around as well anymore). That said, they were flexible and helped us out when we needed a last minute booking - which we appreciate.

Very awesome place! We sent our puppy there for about thirteen days and he had an excellent experience. The staffs are very nice and friendly. They treat our puppy very well. When I went to pick him up, I found he was totally different than before (his fur looks very shiny than before). They cleaned his room everyday and provided him a tidy space. A good experience for my puppy and us!

I’ve sent my two dogs for overnight boarding twice. Most recently for 5 nights. They also got groomed and you get a discount for grooming when boarding. My dogs seemed very happy when I picked them up! Service is great, the owner is professional and responsive, and the facility is clean and nicely set up for the dogs. I do wish they didn’t have to leave the dogs alone all night, but I’m sure they are ok. I love that my dogs get to play all day in daycare so I’m sure they’re very tired at night.

My dog go there and take a grooming and daycare,he seems like very happy there and the facilities is very new, other dogs are friendly. They give me and my dog a nice experience

We decided to try the place as our regular pet groomers was away. They were very kind to our dog. This business is easy to find and the staff are very kind. Asked us how we wanted our dog to look. I showed them a picture. Two hours later when they called to let us know our dog was ready for pickup. He looked great. Just like our other groomers handy work. The prices are worth it. Clean business. We will come back again.

Great service we left our Dog for the weekend for the first time and he didn't want to stay at first but he got the chance to participate in the day care and he was very excited to see us back.So thank you for the great service and we'll definitely be coming back.

Pricing is on point with other groomers, and the staff is friendly. But we have taken our golden retriever twice, and both times we got her back still damp and grooming looks half done. Her bum and tail are very straight, square edge cuts, not natural looking. And it's unevenly cut around her ears too sadly. She has a mat behind her one ear, so clearly a proper brush out/cut was not done. I don't believe they do proper de-shedding brush outs either, as both times we got her back you can still see those tuffs of hair easily pulled out. I don't believe this facility it meant for larger breed grooming.

Outstanding staff and service! Brought in my cat (who was recently a stray) for a wash and they did wonderfully. I feel that she was handled with the appropriate care given her delicate condition, and she smells amazing!I live 30 mins away from the location and the staff were very understanding about my delays due to road conditions.Lastly, they went above and beyond in accommodating me with my cat's specific circumstances. She unfortunately peed in her carrier on our way to the location, so the staff had offered out an old carrier of theirs for use on the ride home. They even lent out a pet diaper in case she has another accident, which unfortunately did not fit her but was still a generous offer.The staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding with my situation and took every opportunity to offer their help. I have nothing but praise for the quality of their work and the level of professionalism and care they delivered. I would definitely recommend this place for any of their services.

Writing this review for my mom : she called and booked the appointment for her dog to be groomed, asked the price in advance and was told $85. When she picked up her dog she was told an extra $15 was added for removing 3 woodticks found on her long haired dog. She was not told of this service and as a person who has worked at a pet groomers, this fee is unacceptable for 3 woodticks. $5 to remove each woodtick. And wasn’t aware until she came to pick up her dog. Then when she complained she was told that they were going to charge her $50 for a flee bath when they found the 3 woodticks.

This is an amazing place! My dog loves playing there with other cute dogs and friendly staffs. They treat your dog as their own pets, you can trust them. Your dog will have a wonderful day!
