Best customer service. Rodger is our sales rep and we asked him to place an urgent order (yes we were desperate) and a few hours later, he came by to deliver them for us! We were simply so impressed he handled our request so well. Prior to his delivery, I called the retail to see if they have the items in stock so I could drive by to pick them up. Steven was very helpful and friendly, too though I ended up not having to drive by! Thank you very much :)

*Just saw the response from the owner: The unit was manufactured in 2011 but was purchased in 2015. I wasn't given any options other then buy a $600 part or a $50 part, with no guarantee of a working unit. No one wants to take responsibility of handling inferior products that don't last. You can take responsibility of buying else where.....Recap: I expected that a $800 Vollrath Mirage Pro induction cooktop would last 10 years at least and that if something went wrong with the unit the company would be behind the product.What I have learned is Vollrath wants $600 for a small control panel. The product is actually Chinese and just labeled Vollrath. The company Russel Hendrix that sells them to Canadian business to the Canadian distributor BJE hospitality solutions to the Vollrath company have left me high and dry with a dead near brand new unit.You the customer or future customer can choose if you want to support this company’s. They know about the Vollrath lack of service. If I had read this from somewhere else I would have not bought this unit! If we all demanded high quality service this company would not exist or wouldn’t be selling the product. Stop buying from them, that includes the distribution to the store front to finally Vollrath

We purchase much of our glassware for engraving from Dale at Russell Foods. Excellent Service!

Their stock was low. Not much left on the shelfs. But good service.

Extremely Rude!! Called to check up on a service request and Jade FAHIE-MARSHALL (asked for her name after how i was being treated) was exceptionally rude, it was like I was putting her out....I understand that this doesn't necessarily reflect on thier business but it will definitely stop me from using this service.

They have good professional stuff that my company gets me to pick up here and there.
