Toronto Diamond Painting

DO NOT RECOMMEND- BUYER BEWARE. I have purchased 3 items from this company for custom Diamond arts kits for Christmas and birthday gifts. Unfortunately, my last shipment for Christmas had diamonds missing from the kits. I reached out to Joel from Toronto Diamond Painting who at first asked which items I was missing but has since continued to ignore my emails since December and will not rectify this situation. Buyers beware! I will have to purchase these somewhere else, and do not recommend this company if you would like to receive what you have purchased and an expectation of customer service. I have included my contact attempts below and will contact better business bureau.

Not impressed! Left with a bill but nothing received. Was told it was lost in the mail. But no tracking and the app provided basically says it was never even processed! I made several attempts for an explanation and have gotten no reply... and no refund...
