TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Consistently the slowest TD Bank, the one closer to Weston is better but not open as many hours. They also reset my online login password for no reason, and without asking me. Just gave me a piece of paper and told me to go set it again even though the issue I was having was a bank account issue, not a web issue. So thanks for that.

This branch doesn't even deserve a 0 star rating. At the very best they have inadequately trained staff. Beyond that, they treat clients as if they were trash. Whatever happened to their comfy green chairs? If this is an example of TD as a company they should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service. Has been waiting half an hour to talk to the account manager about opening the credit line, the person I talked with was very rude and unprofessional. Worse experience ever!

Very unprofessional staff.They wasted my time just because they can not ( see her date of birth on her Canadian passport) made me drove back to home to get her birth certificate. While they were charging every month account fee since last April for student account.Horrible customer service!

Horrible and misleading customer service!I called in and asked to reserve Euros to purchase.Was assured it is not a problem, no name required, within an hour I am in the branch: no euros and no recollection of the phone conversation.A stock response: “sorry we are not supposed to hold!”Asked to talk to the branch manager: 10 min later: “sorry for the miscommunication - we have the Euros available”

This bank is absolutely useless for anything...how are people working here even paid? I tierd to accomplish 2 things it took months...and many phone calls...without results. Avoid like a plague. I would give negative stars for the time waste.

Very bad experience dealing with Francesco Ieruilo today, he was very unprofessional and inadequate need more training in customer service.

Waste of time, inexperienced staff and bad information provided. Every staff member will tell you something different so there’s clearly something management needs to address with their training. I explained to my service rep clearly what I was looking to put my money into and she said that it could be moved in an advisor appt, I took time off work and came just to be told at that appt that they can’t do it and there’s nothing they’re willing to do about it. Mistakes are made, fine, but why was this not communicated to me before I came in? To top it off the whole reason I went in was because I was told it can’t be done over the phone then I was told that’s also untrue. I just switched to this bank and it’s been nothing but bad information again and again. Do not trust their advice.

I'm posted a poor google review, as TD Customer Service has done nothing to help. I placed some orders for foreign money a 2 weeks ago, expecting it reach the TD Branch this last week. I called the branch on Monday and they confirmed deliveries would happen Tuesday, so I came in Wednesday. I found out that I got an email that it would take 3-5 days from Weds for the foreign currency to be delivered. I expected that it would be done by Wednesday, not this week. I'm currently in Europe... how do you expect the funds to be picked up?At the branch, the only other solution offered was to take out more money; but the cash withdrawn via my online request would still remain. Not fair at all.The funniest thing is the entire order is still unprocessed; still technically waiting for more funds to be brought to the branch. So its been 3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. LOL what a joke. Customer service sucks, both branch and online.
