Over the past year, I have received only top notch personalized service from staff in this location. I have set up three accounts here and will be moving a fourth from another credit union. The branch" does not look like a bank and the greetings I always receive when I arrive are warm and genuine."

Have never had a bad experience with staff at First Ontario five stars and moreI have been a member since early eighties it’s my opinion that First Ontario has a well trained and efficient staff some of the reviews I have read are so off base i wonder how some people can live with them self

I have money to invest and was thinking of opening some investment accounts, however after reviewing some of the negative reviews I have decided not to.

Wendy was amazing setting up my mortgage, very professional and organized. I like the personal touch this branch has as well.

An absolute joke of a financial institution. Waited in line for over 20 minutes so the teller could finish a personal conversation with another customer. And have been lied to numerous times as to why holds are placed. Would definitely look elsewhere for banking options these guys are like I said an absolute joke

I am not a member yet. I have been reviewing your Credit Union and I am very disappointed by the poor reviews. I was thinking of leaving my current bank but when I read your statement of Apr/21 telling your members to limit their visits to the BANK that holds their money I was very dismayed. BANKS WERE NOT LOCKED DOWNWe adults can make the decision whether to visit your bank in person or not.For this reason alone I will look at other credit unions.Just a note..my decision to leave one of the big Chartered Banks is to get away from the TYRANNY and loss of Freedom implemented by the Govt and the big 5 Banks and I thought Credit Unions would be different since they are member owned but I have not seen this here based on your stay home statement.

I'm curious how this credit union hopes to get new customers when their telephone system endlessly loops through their greeting message without ever having anyone pick up. I'm certainly taking my business elsewhere if that's the level of customer service I can expect to receive.

Worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. Mostly the customer service. Not just once, but every time Ive had to deal with the manager Sarah its always a negative experience. I actually have a feeling she goes out of her way to make things more difficult for me. It’s very frustrating. Can’t wait until my mortgage is up for renewal.

Dealing with Brianne and First Ontario has been an amazing experience. The branch staff are friendly, accommodating and very helpful.. I would highly recommend Brianne and the Dundas St branch
