I can’t say enough about how much I love Grind Fitness.My past experiences with personal training were less than stellar or productive, so I was hesitant to give this a go.Well I am so glad I did. Anita is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about training. She makes a training program based on your skill level but pushes you to do the work she knows you’re capable of. She makes you feel proud of what you accomplished as well as she tells you how proud she is that “you showed up”.I have never felt this excited to attend a training session and see what she has planned for me - each session is different which is great.If you’re sitting on the fence about training just jump over to the Grind Fitness side as you will not regret it.

My Fiance (jay) and i worked with both Anita & Pete for several months and the experience was above and beyond any fitness training we had ever done. Anita was able to design workouts that suited both our individual needs and fitness levels and also challenge us as a couple and individually. Anita movativated us every step of the way and was always there to answer questions and correct our form when needed. Her knowledge of health and fitness is unsurpassed and every session and workout pushed us harder then the previous workout. Anita and Pete make a fantastic team and are both extremely knowledgeable when it comes to personal fitness and training. We would both highly recommend them to take your fitness goals to the next level. Working with Anita and Pete was one of the best choices we ever made and not only conquered our fitness goals, but also developed a great friendship along the way. Training under grind fitness has been an amazing experience. Anita has helped me reach my goal of passing the Peel Police fitness test. She motivates you, pushes you, and encourages you to always be a better version of yourself. She always goes out of her way to check up on you to make sure you’re staying on top of your training the days you aren’t with her. I highly recommend grind fitness for any fitness goals you may have.

I have nothing but solid reviews for grind fitness. From the start they understood my fitness needs to pass the police prep test.They are not like the standard boot camp one size fits all where they throw you in with 20 other people and just tell you to run. Anita broke down a step by step plan just for me to improve on my weakness and was on top of all my workouts and especially pushing me to finish my cardio.She takes the time every day to check up on me and get feedback to how I’m feeling to tweak and adjust workouts daily — which no one else does. More than anything Anita kept me in check and pushed me beyond my limits— no other coach has done that or even cared enough to do that.By far the best trainers in the gta for all things fitness, strength, cardio, healthy living
